I’ve always enjoyed adams’ products I have their older version foam cannon and it’s worked great for me over the years but after watching this video I might have to upgrade. Based of build quality and your keav score of 7.5 it seems like a no brainer for most. You destroyed that bug at the end of the video haha
Adam's has some good products they have had some bad ones though. Sometimes when you get too big the focus is profits and not about being a detailer and helping that community.
I have this foam cannon and use it daily, but am running into issues with the filter clogging.. this isn’t an issue with the foam cannon itself, the company I work for has really hard water so it’s rusting it out quickly
amazing content, im really impressed. gonna go with the sooprinse as it's a great budget for how well it ranks. spent all my money already on the car LOL
To me the MJJC Pro isn’t worth it anymore because of the price increase. When it was $60 it was an amazing value but now at $90 you might as well get the MTM or the Griots foam cannon
Griots for sure. MTM to me isn’t worth it as you get nothing in return for almost $100. At least the MJJC gives you many more features plus it foams better than anything out there. Totally agree on the price is getting way too inflated.
@@CarsWithKeav you’re right about the MTM. Right now to me the Griots Boss foam cannon is the way to go. And it’s currently cheaper than the MJJC Pro on Amazon. Thanks for the vid. 👍🏼
All foam cannons like these can only be used with a power washer. There is a different type just for standard hose usually called “garden hose foamer”.
Not upgraded as far as I know. It’s probably just outside the top 5. There are so many good options out there now especially much cheaper alternatives.
I was going to ask you. So you know if washing your car with active pressure washer vs greenworks pressure washer if it is faster with one compared to the other? If so how much time do you save?
If you properly rinse should save you 20% more time On the rinse cycle IMO. Some just see the soap go away and think it’s rinsed, but lots of surfactants still exist in the beads. Plus your cleaning power at 1k PSI is much more with that flow without raising the chances of scratching.
I bought the Adam’s premium foam cannon on Amazon I got it for $56.00 bucks. I called Adam’s and asked if I could buy 2 extra bottles. Adam’s sent me 2 standard bottles and handful of caps at no charge talk about excellent customer service. So I had bought 6 gallons of product.
Yeah they charge big shipping for something that could go USPS first class mail in an envelope. I’ve seen other kinds out there, but I have no idea what the orifice size is to know which one to use outside of testing each and every one. The color codes don’t match what Griots is using.
It could be better and it is still a great product, but the mega foam would perform most likely even better in the MJJC at the same dilution. this is still a solid option being $20 cheaper than the MJJC.
@@CarsWithKeav I got it and I changed the orifice to 1.1. It worked pretty thick but not like the MJJC still, so I ordered the MJJC filters to see if that makes a difference. They use a 3 filter system. I don’t know if it’ll work in the Adams because I don’t know what the size difference is. I’ll let you know if it makes a big difference.
Honestly a little shocked and disappointed with my experience on the Adam’s foam cannon. Used a cheapy Amazon cannon before with a 1.1 and I think it foamed better. I also installed the 1.1 to the new Adam’s. But it’s been alright I can’t complain I got that Adam’s for $19.99 on a deal they were running.
The cheap OG style ones with a 1.1 sometimes do foam better. I’m more for the features you get. Foam you can thicken with soap, but I judge thickness highly as the more efficient at foam the less you spend on soap.

Adams' products for the most part do a great job and this just confirmed it. $63.00 is not bad for a deal.
Not bad at all.
I’m thinking of swapping out mjjc filter to adams that’s the trick double filters

Should have spare filters on Amazon. They should be changed each season or maybe sooner depending on the chemicals and water.
@@CarsWithKeav thanks for the reply man, I appreciate it.. and always enjoy your reviews.

I would have liked to see how it connects to your water source. I have a power washer. Do I use this with a power washer or a standard hose?

After 2 years… do you think they upgraded this unit? Still top 5 or top 3? Thoughts two years later?

@@CarsWithKeav thanks, l will keep searching
I'm still with the Amazon basics! Soon dough! Lmao if I could pick I would go brilliant finish cuz of looks! Using a sunjoe atm
That’s a great pick!
Not bad at all for the price point 👌🏽 foam looked pretty damn good to me haha!
It’s a pretty solid unit.
Solid numbers, still love the honest reviews! It does look heavy though
Appreciate that.
That’s the one I ordered because they had a 20% off sale today.
Nice, it is a good product!
I have this one and like it, wanna get something different soon
The choices right now are crazy!

That’s awesome love when companies do this type of stuff. Creates brand loyalty.
The Griot's with the auto mix would be my choice if i needed a new one
you know you can buy meter tip and diy yourself
@@bwilliam4023 I've seen them on the griots site... 6 bucks for 3 tips... but shipping like 10 bucks... I keep checking Amazon every so often

Do you realize your title and the product you tested was Adam’s but in your description you say, “Today we test the “Big Mouth by Chemical Guys “
Thank you for catching that. So many things to do when uploading a video. I copy the descriptions.
i dont understand is he changing out soaps?
Soap doesn’t change. The size of the nozzle inside the foam cannon is being changed and the type of pressure washer.
Adam's will not sell a replacement bottle if you want one.
I noticed quite a few of the brands won’t let you buy an individual bottle.
