came across this "randomly" in a search for how to open my heart. Very very useful information and I am grateful. I've been overfeeding my monsters for sure.

Thank you for putting yourself out there and your experiences! I am grateful for being able to learn valuable lessons that you provide with your videos. I can see myself in you, a much older version of me. I think i see that you have one blue eye and one green? If so, i have one blue eye and one eye that splits in half with green on one side and blue on the other. I am also going bald in a few days for military. My god father looks very similar to you aswell. Just some coincidences hehe. There are a lot of information on the internet and in books and it's hard to navigate often but you resonate with me. I have been going into self improvement for a few years and you just made me aware of the broader picture. With your videos, such a great perspective and view of the topics you discuss. It's just so humble and calm and inclined with who you are. I bought your book "How to open your heart" because I really feel I can learn something from you and I am grateful for that.

Thank you so much for sharing these kind words, they are truly appreciated!
And yes, you're right, my eyes are slightly different - the pupils are different sizes in some light, and the color may be a bit darker in one of them, too🙂

Resonates. I also went on a path of isolation to find myself, only to see parts of me that were fueling separation. I really enjoyed the part where you said you appreciated the awareness that came out of that process. We are all genuinely going through different phases, and every phase has positive and negative attributes, like the ones inside us. And they all serve a purpose until they no longer do. Thanks for the share.

Yeah, there were enormous gifts that came from going so far in that direction 🙏🏻☺️

Hi Miles, I too isolated myself from the world for many years. However, I don't feel that I ruined my life by doing so. Rather, I let go of my entire life - of everything I knew up to that point. Now I am left with nothing, and I must say that I find this moment incredibly magical and fascinating. Because only now, from here, can I shape my life in complete freedom. Now, for the first time, I can consciously choose a life the way I truly want it to be. Because the whole space is empty now and there is no one else to have a say in it. From here, I see potentials that I simply couldn't see before, and I can't stop exploring them and choosing for myself which of them I want to allow to come true.

Do you have a blog or anything similar? With all due respect, you have no idea how many years of confusion you just cleared up for me.

Everything that is too much in this life is not healthy. I think we all need to find the balance in between, so we can have a great and fulfilling life. 🤩🙏
