Notification Service not runnig. A phone restar is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker.

Sorry for late reply, please check and follow these steps
Just go to Apps in settings in Android.
Find fitbit there and click it.
And click clear data/storage for fitbit app.
Done.

I am not receiving call notifications on fitbit.

Hi Monika,
Make sure in Notifications you have turn Calls notification ON. also, make sure for below things.
1. Your Mobile Bluetooth is ON
2. It should be within the range of 30 Feet from Phone
3. You won’t see notifications on Ionic or Versa series devices if you turned on Do Not Disturb User-added image or Sleep Mode User-added image on your device.
4. Your Andriod version should be 8 or higher than it.

you need to make sure the Notification is configured properly and call or phone option is selected there in notification
Is it working in swimming pool also, because in some videos customer given feedback as it's not working when it is in water.
It works in Swimming Pool as well. it is IP68 certified and can suffer up to 50M inside water.

The main criteria is to meet the OS requirement which is as below;
Android OS 7.0 or higher
Apple IOS 11 or higher
Windows OS 10 v1607 or higher
there are only few phones listed on fit bit website. however, the hone used by me in Video is Samsung J7 pro which is not listed in fit bit versa and it works properly with no issues.
sp you should look for any phone which meets above OS criteria.

Sorry for late reply, yes we could receive the call from watch. However, it does not have the built in speakers. It is only useful if you are using the ear buds !

Fitbit or any smartwatch can detect the minor abnormalities in heart rhythm. However it would be interested for you to know that FitBit is working with partners for a application like FabriCheck which would help detect the severe irregular heart beats with more accuracy. However, the recent study and suggestion from Harvard Health Education have recommended to not be completely depended fitness watches unless they are completely groomed in this field.
