Can you speak to what may or may not be be happening the block of homes on Osiander street in old town north-a bunch a framed, some nearly finished, a few only have foundations. They were clearly shut down by the building dept, and I’ve not noticed anything change over there for least two years now-maybe longer.

I’ll have to do a little more research. But they’re owned by Dasag LLC based out of San Diego who the managing partner is Enrico Scolari. I’d have to connect with the building dept to see what types of insights they have as to why the construction has stopped. No news articles on the LLC or the Owner in regards to troubles… Super weird I agree.

Hi Dawson! This topic was brought up at City Council this past week and staff and city are working on it. Builder seems to be uninterested in finishing. Looks like they're having a spotlight shined on em!

Interesting 🤔 .
Seems like a lot to bail on. (No pun intended). I wonder if the building dept would allow them to be completed by another party, of if they’ed need to scraped are started over.
