Hi I am considering relocating to Fort collins and would love to speak to you about what areas are safest c from natural disasters. Are mobile home parks sFe from flooding and the tornados. I'm used to scary things like earthquakes but Colorado is slightly different than California.

Very exciting! We’re having a thunder and hail storm these last couple of days. Tornado east of I25… generally pretty safe, but weird weather for sure right now! I’d probably stay west of I25 personally… but that’s me
