It is amazing how much FoCo has grown. Mostly good, some is meh. When I moved here in 1990 from Laramie Wyoming it was a much smaller town. Harmony was a tiny 2 lane road to I25 and there was little along it. I remember when the Gas station on Timberline rd and Harmony pumped gas. It is a great city and I think that the area will continue to innovate and create a great lifestyle for all the new people moving here.

The personal property taxes are going up to 40%. Colorado is going to be California number 2. Wanted to move there but cant now. Good luck

Colorado Springs to Fort Collins will be just one huge area like Los Angeles county 😂

Thanks for the video..very informative. Some of the building is a bit slower now..we bought two income properties that are taking a lot of time to finish over at Landmark Vernazza townhomes in Windsor.

How much delayed are you versus what they projected? What’s your theory on new builds as an investment? Thanks for sharing!

Ok so first it was suppose to be July then they said August now September or possibly November haha..Actually this is unusual for this company as most of the time they are close to their time lines so Im guessing something with some of their contractors possibly?..we have been here for over 30 years..Im originally from the Bay Area and Lived in Los Angeles for a while. When we first got here you could here a pin drop in this small city it was gorgeous and also very barren in terms of shopping availability ..I think we are also just going through growing pains these days..With a lot of growth there comes the unwanted and also the perks as well. I just hope we will be able to sustain the integrity of this place in the process and those that move here are mindful of what it takes to keep it that way.Love your channel!

Thinking about relocating to Fort Collins, my question is North, South, East or West? Thinking about a condo where outdoor maintenance is kept for us, a nice swiming pool and green areas. Early 60’s and retired so everyday commuting isn’t a priority to us.

I'm hoping see commercial airline flights (again) out of FNL. The bus going to DEN is just not enough.

You and me both! It is 12 minutes from my door to the terminal. When it goes, we use it like crazy!

    Too much growth is bad.

I really enjoyed how you completely neglected to mention the major tax generating industries for NOCO being agriculture and oil and gas while you are saying that being "carbon neutral" is a goal. It's almost like you are showing your inherent bias against the industries that make your cushy life in the city possible. Try charging your Tesla in negative 8 degree weather and tell me how long your charge lasts. Also, please stop acting like turning Fort Collins (which is a complete disaster as far as culture goes) more into Denver or Boulder is a good thing? (It's not). The people who have been here absolutely detest the gross immoral corporate strip malls and you are on here telling us its a good thing if FOCO becomes the next boulder where only millionaires can afford to live. I understand you stand to gain the most by turning FOCO into another strip mall America immoral wasteland but perhaps consider the ramifications of your predictions before you tout their virtue.
