Great goals and thanks for sharing. I’ve read the entire bible twice. I’m shooting for third time this year. Also. If we lived closer I’d teach you German. Lived there stationed there a number of years. Germany. 🇩🇪 🇩🇪🇩🇪Drive on 🎸 Rocker.

Great video to start off the new year! Adding regular meditation to my 2025 goals. Otherwise the mission is to keep exercising, perfect my newly discovered interest in cooking (a form of meditation, itself), and visit Yellowstone while I still can manage it. Love the White Album, btw! “While My Guitar Gently Weeps” and “Back in the USSR” are some all-time great tracks!

All excellent and attainable goals . Neuroplasticity is a big word for keeping your mind active. You are definitely doing lots of things that helps.

Morning, JMac, I wonder whether you’d consider doing a live music session? 😁

Ein Glas Rotwein jeden Abend ist gut für Menschen mit der Diagnose Parkinson.
Halt die Ohren steif mein Freund.

I want to travel more. Learn a bit more of the languages spoken in Miami. Failed miserably in French yesterday. Spanish and Haitian Creole are number two and three here. On any given day you will hear French, Italian, German, Hebrew, Russian, Chinese or Japanese in Little Havana.
I want to also learn wall climbing literally not the type your teenagers gift you. Get better at RSB and Yoga. Not an over achiever I’m just determined to push back on PD. ✌🏼❤️3️⃣0️⃣5️⃣
