    My husband was diagnosed with early sign of PD 5 years ago. He's been under meds since then now it has progressed. He is slowly losing his balance. When 12:23 i watched this video it gives me hope that this will give him more time to spend with us.

    I have been diagnosised with PD 12 yesrs ago. Recently, MS was added to my diagnosis list. I have had many years of physical theraphy that has been extremely helpful in maintaining my neurological diseases. I viewed amd participated in your short video.     Thanks Patrick...I’m a retired personal trainer and strength conditioning coach who’s recently been diagnosed with Parkinson’s and I really like these exercises. I can see progressing most of the seated ones to sitting on a stability ball.

    My husband was just recently diagnosed did six weeks at pt but plan to incorporate these exercised to add variety. Vast improvement with exercise but think he will enjoy the variety. Thank you!

      Mr. Patrick for your nice video , for those who have been early diagnosed with Parkinson's . Your simple exercise for both the hands , legs and the whole body will definitely rejuvinate the stiffen muscles and nerves and even if these 6 exercises are rigidly done regularly twice or thrice a day for 10/ 15 minutes will make the affected person to lead a normal life like others at earliest. The depressed people due to this disease , will heave a sigh of relief ,if they view your this video at early stage .

    I am going to try these with my aunt. She is 88 and was diagnosed about 5 years ago with PD. She is increasingly having trouble walking. Just within the past couple of weeks her walking has become difficult and is having pain in her legs. Here stance is already lowered and her knees are slightly bent when she walks. I just hope this is not to late to try these exercises.

    2nd exercise: 2.50 : I am unable to completely rise my right hand beyond chest level due to presence of pacemaker at right chest; can I use my left hand to further lift right hand or any solutions? Patrick: these exercises give me godly relief, I love them

    Great video. I suspect that I may have PD and will go visit a doctor. Just wonder if i start doing these exercise now will it help slow down the manifestation of the related symptoms ? I am running 5 k daily will this too help?

      Hi Bob, I didn't specify and you can proceed at your own pace. Depending on your level of fitness maybe start with being able to perform all 5 exercises within 10-12 minutes. Thanks for the comment!

    My father have parnkson disease started since 2013 and now he can't move without the help of someone to escort him,even to the toilet. I bought levodopa /carbidopa in 2019 ,he used it for one month but still the condition is not good. How can you help him . I'm in Tanzania,East Africa.
