my vevor hand pump worked great for 5 months but then recently it broke but I took it fully apart and I fixed it and now it works great and to fill my airacuda to 3000 psi from 2000 maybe like 75 pumps maybe from 0 I think it takes about 150 to 175 pumps I believe

in the quick disconnect thing behind the balls there is supposed to be an o ring there so if there is not, all you have to do is find an oring that fits and shove it down the quick disconnect thing

So I found out what the problem was, idk if this happens to anyone else but the orings in mine are sensitive to temperature. If it’s warm, they work fine, if it’s cold they leak. Lol being a newbie to pcp It took me a while to figure it out

I bought the same rifle as you! .25 standard, same reasons also I hate thumbhole stocks! Also hate tactical stocks in plastic! It's a fantastic rifle and should have power for coyotes out to 50 yds or so! I think for the money, you can't go wrong with this gun.

    1) Thanks for the shoutout. 2) love your microphone stand!
For real though, you should get a compressor. The reason that is leaking is because on the chinese foster fittings they usually use 2 orings in there stacked back to back. Also with the different tolerances on various fill nipples you might have some variance in how it seals, like you're seeing here. Sometimes what helps is if you get out a dental pick and carefully flip the orings in the foster fitting,. You should also lube up the whole shebang with silicone grease. Check my channel for a bunch of different videos on compressors - my fave is the Orcair Thunder and the ToAuto A3 (total workhorses)

Dude!! Happy to have you here. Like I said before, I’m an absolute beginner to the pcp world but I definitely trust your advice and I’m also asking myself why not a compressor!? I already know I’m gonna get one eventually but my stubborn head also wants to make me work for it with the hand pump. You definitely help me nail down some variables with this response so I’m gonna get to work and see how I can get it working consistently. Stay tuned for a new compressor 😅 🔧 🎤

I have had my Airacuda Max for at least 2 years now and it never leaked a bit. I have had way worse results with my 3 Avengers , they spring new leaks every few months. I will never buy another one.

That’s good to know!! Mine has been great so far. Figured out it was just the seals don’t like to be cold when filling it
