Yet another positive review. The reviewer received a free, checked and tuned air gun from the manufacturer. Maybe the reviewer even got paid for the review. I seen some one mentioning this gun awhile back and I was impressed by what it has at the price point. I will eventually get one just like the one you reviewed. Good job Rick.
Nice review. I know I'm a little out of the loop on current guns, but an accurate, regulated PCP with a mag designed by someone actually paying attention for 400ish bucks? Man, we've come a long way! Not my Wildcat, but getting closer in the areas that count. Appreciate the vid.
It looks like a very good gun and at a great price. Highly accurate too! And moderated with 2 guages. I hope they're set up to manufacture a trainload of them. Thanks again for the review, Shoot.
I don't say it much but in my opinion, that's an excellent value for an air rifle, Woodstock, metal cartridge, very accurate, I think it'll make a fantastic first air rifle. I saw a lot of air rifles that are very expensive and that could put off a lot of people trying to get into PCP air rifles.
REMEMBER he viewed the max version not the otiginal Airicuda. Its the max. The regular Airacuda Is $100 cheaper. I dont think regulated too. So get the max 419 version!!!!!
The magazine reminds me a lot of what we have on in the Avenger, the Benjamin, and the ATI Nova Vista liberty…yes sir these are great magazines if it is the same or very similar then it is a very good magazine sir. I really like this Airgun, and if they put the D- Pinger in this 2/3 rd generation regulated/or even unregulated for that matter…of this gun they have a very good platform of high-quality for the money great video great review thank you sir. Nice shooting as always.
Nice review Rick definitely a good price point and an excellent value for the money, regulated, 25 caliber adjustable power and ready for a suppressor what more could you ask for.
The magazine is indeed "outstanding"... I bought a Diana Chaser kit, comes with everything but a magazine... they are available separately but you have to shell out $23 ( plus S & H ) for a relatively delicate piece of plastic, a bit under the arm considering the kit was $125... A metal magazine? I'd happily pay $20 for that.
Thank you for the information. I found it interesting myself that 20 degree change in temperature effect the speed of the projectile. Mabe a lighter pellet for winter hunts.
Very nice review and makes me want to get one.... but why is it that these things are always so much cheaper in the US than in Belgium??? 😞This Airacuda Max is at 600 EURO here (a little over 600USD)... that is 50% more than what you guys are paying in the US ... Add in that we pay around 60% taxes on our salary...wtf am I still doing here?! 😖 Keep your reviews coming: absolutely love em.
Rick, another solid review vid! How "field" user friendly is this platform? Bench shooting is sweet but ultimately, the mass of us followers will desire to take this gun on various small game hunts. What are your thoughts about taking this gun to the field?
What I find odd is that the non-regulated one, there is an adjustment for the transfer port but excluded from the Airacuda.. Doesn't make sense to me.. I would of thought that to build the Airacuda you would just take the "Standard" version and regulate it.. (include the adjustable transfer port)..
Absolutely Price !!you are getting a quality air rifle for the money. this gun performs at a high-level just like some of your thousand dollar PCP air rifle‘s. Overall great gun.
@@shooter1721 ok, I was thinking budget friendly pcp rifle. Just a difference in interpretation. Great rifle. From experience, simpler sometimes equals more fun shooting and less time tuning. Keep up the good work. I would like to see more 100 yd accuracy tests with the budget pcp's if possible, thanks.
Too bad they lightened the trigger before it was sent to you. Everyone else saying 2lb trigger. Even that is outstanding for a $420 regulated walnut adjustable stock. Plus metal magazines!
I hate to be this guy. But that's not how you mount a scope the ring should be moved as far apart as possible, which should make the scope as stable as possible.
REMEMBER thats the Airacuda max not the regular Airacuda. Its the max with that stock with the thumb grip. The regular Airacuda doesnt have the thumb grip and is a $100 cheaper at $319.00
This may be a good review, but ask yourself why did he do this without a moderator on it? Yes, accuracy goes out the door and you get a lot of clipping. Satly JTS has not solved this issue. Buyer be concerned!
What happened? I have the standard and it’s done fine but I’ve only had mine for about 3 months….. if it broke in under a year something was wrong from the beginning or someone did something it said not to do

and a great looking wood stock with adjustable cheak. if i ever move up to a pcp it could be somethig like this...
I like how that the air fill cap is threatened on. It will not pop off when shooting like other rifles have.

Higher temps cause gases to expand causing increased pressure which may account for the higher velocities you’ve noticed in warmer temperatures.
I do like the metal magazines too. I’ve always wondered why other gun manufacturers would make them in plastic.
Nice. It appears to be a variant of the Air Venturi Avenger which is a variant of another gun, I think the Liberty.
Absolutely lotta gun for that price wow thanks again Rick great review!
Thank you Will
Have you done any side by side comparisons with the 25 cal standard & the max ? BTW… I love that Caldwell tripod you are using
I’m gunna be buying one of these the second they are available
Those cold bore shots get ya every time. 😂
You are right

Can you adjust the regulator and hammer spring that is a very accurate gun
Looks like the Air Venturi Bull Pup very nice gun whats the weight?
The rep, at Shot Show, said that a 30 cal is in the works

I think this will be my next purchase..great review...one of the best
Great video, i got a question, wich one is better this one or DAR gen 3? Thanks
I really like both of them if I was going hunting I would take either one . Both are super accurate ,very good trigger and good shot count .
Always enjoy your videos.
Where are the JTS guns manufactured?-- what a great value!!
China....I promise
China, but AEA has proven that not everything made in China is junk.
Company in Texas but made in China.
Do they come with front sites or just the scope thanks
Also, looking for a great shooting g app that has accurate numbers...what the name of your app in this vid and can I download it as well?? Thanks
Does this gun have an adjustable regulator? It is a nice piece of work
Looking good Rick!!!
Appreciate it Tanner
I really like the look, and regulated to boot for 420 bucks. WOW
Hi Just checked the uk website and it looks like another rifle we cant get in the uk.
im in-between the origin this gun and the marauder
Good day, bro....looking at the .22cal version of this... Just would like to know ow what is the Avg. FPE in .22cal?
Almost 40 fpe in 22.cal.I bought the airacuda standard .22 caliber. It is very accurate and reliable gun
i have the 22 max, -aea 21.9 pellets@887 fps/38.3 FPE--aea 18.3 pellets@925/34.8 FPE reg 2200 hammer spring turned out 1/4 turn from max in
Someone mentioned that the fill pressure is 3000 psi, someone else said 3500 psi.. Which is one correct?
250 bar is correct
What do you think of the Barra1100z?
Testing starts in May

Can it be configured to be left handed?
Joule of the potence rifle??

Where can i order ?
Ain't no better then an avanger......just another one ,but the wood stock
Why not take it to 100 yards?
I could no problem. We did test it at 100 yards and achieved 1.5 inch groups. Sometimes we only have so much time to film .
I want the standard unregulated for $320
Wait until the ping noise is gone from factory, they are working on that

It’s not that loud without one though most of the noise comes from the pellet hitting a target or animal the muzzle is super quiet
Like 👍🇧🇷👏👏
The gun broke in less than a year. It's junk.
