Could you add bluetooth monitoring for your next unit. I have the gen 3 and love it but would love to have a better capacity indicator. I added a victron shunt but having one built in would be better.
@@KaceyGreen It is in process actually and we will have Bluetooth hardware in the next generation batteries. We have our interface application releasing and beginning beta testing this month!
Years really, it just should be charged once or twice a year and it would stay good for many years. We also recommend storing in a comfortable climate (room temp basically)
BMS at the extremes for safety, at more moderate temp challenges (say 0F) the design of the cells and the method of packaging the cells are used to minimize the negative impacts.
Strange that you nowhere mention that LFP cells are not allowed to be charged at freezing temperatures. It requires you to heat up the cells which costs energy, something that BB does and you don’t?
It is only strange if that were a limitation of the Ohmmu batteries, it isn't though, they can be charged at appropriate amperages at and even below freezing temperature.

Do your batteries have Low Temp protection?
Yes but they can also be utilized at lower temperatures.
