This how it really turns out. (See the book of Revelation for more): Revelation 21:1-8 KJV 1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. 2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. 4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. 5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. 6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. 7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. 8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
The future never looks as different as we think. Our minds thinking of the future always move too fast. What you think the world will look like in 50 years, add another 50 to it and you'll probably be closer to reality
In an alternate prediction, the current market and regulatory forces curb our environmental impact. We colonize Mars. We realize that giving robots full functions like other humans was a bad idea. We also realize that "uploading" ourselves anywhere is certain death and a vein attempt to be immortal. We continue to explore the galaxy.

There is not a single realistic data set that agrees with the lies of the left. The ONLY reason the super Elites spread those lies is because the only thing they fear is us. They can not take complete control of our wealth freedoms and future with so many variables. The NUMBER ONE THREAT is actually population COLLAPSE! But it would be really hard for this cabal of the richest most powerful men to get generations to agree to one world governance and severe freedom violations if they told you the truth. A very good thing to watch just for a short part on this is called "The human future: A case for Optimism" yt it. It looks fancy but there'll be nothing new under the sun when it comes to human nature and power. Once the human/machine interface is complete then it's all over and we're in hell. We don't need AI in the hands of perverted billionaire Marxists.
Seems kinda like a slippery slope to think of humanity’s morality. I don’t think it matters much. In human nature, we’re not bound to such things as “good” or “bad”. We just exist to survive. Some people have different interpretations of what that means for them and in so there are many different methods one can think of that achieves that goal. Life isn’t fair and isn’t meant to be. Nature pushes us to survive by all means necessary no matter the morality of the situation. Morality is a man made concept. It would be much wiser to instead use that mental space to invent new ideas of how we can live in this planet and with other living beings harmoniously.
Wrong! Both are tightly bound together. I guess the outcome of this civilisation is doomed from the moment the Western way of living was imposed to the world: conquering, dominating, changing in order, as one scientist started, "It is time to stop begging nature for mercy; it is high time to change it!" Instead of growing as part of it spiritually, like the Oriental sages taught ...
Surprised that this just kind of glosses over the Cybernetics, DNA sculpting/editing/manipulation/Chimera technology, and Nano medicine that will he prevalent in about 30 years, and the likely colonization of Mars and other places in the Solar System… 🧐
Wrong visions of immediate future. Think more along the lines of robust AI for educating children better. Global affordable telemedicine. Highly adaptaple and specific robots for releasing even more people from drudgery.
This singularity idea that has been around for decades now, really appealed to me when I was younger. Now, it's pretty horrifying. As in, worst possible outcome.
They did that in dr strange in an alternate timeline universe, where there was plants on the buildings and stuff like that I think that is an amazing idea to integrate city and environment 😊
@perseus274 well we all could help responsibility shit we do now by dirtying it up with liter, trash , plastics etc. If that was to happen in a later future I’m sure each state would hire a gardening team, they do already for the Parks, Cemetery’s Wild reserves. Plus think of all the new jobs that could create.
@perseus274yeah ..people pay good money to have a garden on a rooftop Like we have to force the plants to grow where we want them That's why we get kicked off the earth in the story
So if we're all uploaded into a system then what happens if Earth is destroyed by an asteroid or something, our machinery along with all our uploaded minds seem like it'd be over for humanity then? I'm not good with science but everyone being in one place sounds dangerous in the event of a disaster.
By that time, humans would be living in space stations floating around in solar systems or even already ventured into deep spaces. It's in our human nature, to explore and venture, I believe as soon as our technologies reach the point where we could travel and venture into deep space. Many will not stick around on Earth.
Perhaps it would be a two way interaction for this new super organism. Two way in the sense that some members of the interconnected consciousness framework would remain within external bodies or automata/robots (if we're really pushing the singularity theme) and manage repairs to the host structure's "body" and work hand in hand with other automated units to prepare for threats and put plans in motion on a physical level; while others would remain intangible and govern the new global system of affairs from a globe spanning network of consciousness connectivity, where they would exist as infinitesimally small bits of quantum consciousness with an information processing power that could make any modern contraption blush. Though if I must add a part of me has trepidation, merging with AI might spell loss of aspects of our being which make us fundamentally human. While they could perfectly mirror complex human thought patterns and supersede them through superintellect, while even reacting to external stimuli, it would just be that, a mirroring, true feeling and the creativity it spurs is something most people just seem to take for granted. Part of man will die that day if he loses his organic nature.
@@thoughtstratum I love this theory! I was thinking maybe we'd have cyborgs by then, but mostly robot to live forever or a much longer time than normal anyways and they be in charge. Though having mostly robotic people, robots, or even people in general being responsible for keeping billions of people safe in their world is still a scary idea for me. I think I'd just take my chances with staying human, Maybe cyborg but idk that may even be pushing it for me. Plus idk if I'd want to live for hundreds of years. Yeah I want to see our world and humanity keep evolving but at the same time you're going to experience so much more pain, as far as loss, and the stress in general of living day to day. Not to mention by then the world is going to be so different and many animals extinct, that seeing all that would break my heart. I think living about 100yrs is good enough.

Seeing as a singularity of some sort's inevitable, I guess there is nothing left but to embrace the fact that things will change for better and worse, I guess our best failsafe would be to align the ai's main goals with an idealistic sense of human morality for the common good of us as a species and whatever other living creatures may be surviving in Earth's ecosystem at the time. I hope our future people would align themselves this way with our machines and such a new superintelligence to find creative solutions to our most pressing ecological and social concerns. Fixing the outermost problems with civilization using AI paves the road to explore our inner emotional dynamics/problems with far more time on hand, all for inner and outer stability. Interesting that it envisioned humanity and AI evolving into a unified lifeform. I think as its only trained on existing humans imaginings though it has the same limitations for really prediciting the future. The singularity is here in some senses for sure already, but its the birthcries of it. I do hope that we can avoid the oppressive technogical dark ages and fast foward to the solarpunk world if this proves to be accurate at al hahahaa
The conclusions of the AI reveals/gives us a hint that she perceives some things in human civilization and history as a whole: that we are a species that don't work in our design, architecture, urbanism etc towards a deeper integration of nature, its forms, shapes, evolution solutions and long term dynamics. Also that we are slow in coming to comprehensive solutions. Also that it has no clue about the difficult in storing and reproducing the human mind, that it's not only made of memories and the brain's physiology, but also of consciousness, which existence is not even explainable (well) currently.
Funny you should say that. Watched this video the other day and you can actually legitimately buy one now: th-cam.com/video/-sUqJ9bId70/w-d-xo.html Will cost you a pretty penny though!
I think if humanity will withdraw from the belief in authority, it will have a good chance of advance far. The stronger the faith in authority, the less critical thinking develops, and backwards. Without it, advance is slow or not even possible.
I tend to doubt that this prediction was made by artificial intelligence. AI would not misunderstand "the singularity", because it certainly IS NOT "the year 2400 when humanity merges with AI".
Everyone’s talking about humanity merging with AI in the future, but no one wants to admit the truth: the merge has already happened. Every thought you type, every search you make, every decision influenced by a machine-it’s all part of the integration. The real question isn’t if we’ll merge, but how much of humanity will still remain once the process is complete. Can we truly say we control AI, or is it already shaping us more than we know? Prove me wrong.
You know, where you live in the world will vastly change how realistic you view this to be. When I was in Mexico City, my jaw nearly dropped. There are huge piles of trash everywhere, and the air quality is so bad that it looks like it's foggy all of the time. You have to watch the news cause twice a month you're not allowed to drive your car (they do it by the number that your license se plate ends in). My ex-husband's mother lives there, and she has asthma. Her health is severely affected by living in such a place. He sends her money for the doctor often. The human race is so smart yet so slow to make the changes we know we need to. I worry so much about what kind of a world my daughter will grow up in :/

This how it really turns out. (See the book of Revelation for more):
Revelation 21:1-8 KJV
1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

People were predicting dystopian futures long before AI. Seems like AI may simply be a mirror of us rather than a separate entity.
The future never looks as different as we think. Our minds thinking of the future always move too fast. What you think the world will look like in 50 years, add another 50 to it and you'll probably be closer to reality
So basically this video is confessing that AI can't help us for at least the next few centuries. Great job guys.
In less than 100 years . all humanity has merge wd ai. Singularity takes place faster than we go to mars.
ONLY the wealthiest and a few of their servants will get to go underground. The rest will be eliminated. Forgot that part of the story.
So the solutions put forward in this video were 3 of what you call "segmented solutions" organized by 3 tiers directly linked to the wealth brackets of the general economy.
Off-world - Wealthiest Folk
Under Water - Middle Class To Higher Working Class
Underground - Working Class & Financially Dependent

It looks fancy but there'll be nothing new under the sun when it comes to human nature and power. The new world order wants a one govt centralised globalist socialist propaganda system controlled by a handful of billionaire elites, one programmable digital currency (when where and what you can spend it on is controlled centrally), one god (ie them communicating through AI), open borders (to keep wages as low as possible and disrupt old nationalism and culture), and an RFID chip in the hand so you can't buy or sell unless you have the mark. Once the human/machine interface is complete then it's all over and we're in hell. We don't need AI in the hands of perverted billionaire Marxists.
The direction of humanity's morality concerns me much more than humanity's impact on the environment.
@Divergent Integral how so?
Surprised that this just kind of glosses over the Cybernetics, DNA sculpting/editing/manipulation/Chimera technology, and Nano medicine that will he prevalent in about 30 years, and the likely colonization of Mars and other places in the Solar System…

@@karamedley6229 Well I can't say I'm not a sucker for flattery, thanks ☺️. One could only dream

Also that we are slow in coming to comprehensive solutions. Also that it has no clue about the difficult in storing and reproducing the human mind, that it's not only made of memories and the brain's physiology, but also of consciousness, which existence is not even explainable (well) currently.
