What's interesting about all of this, is the fact that this is what would happen if all natural processes were to continue without intervention. But, assuming we haven't died off or moved to another planet by that time, we would certainly have the technology to say, stop an asteroid from colliding, or letting our moon get too far away. @Bellysniffer what you're cherry picking is the internet. The internet has helped to connect, create new opportunities, and educate people around the world. Your misunderstanding about technology is one portion of this issue. What's really keeping us apart is how the wealthy manipulatted the information in the news, social media, and politics. Do your research before to talk. If I sarcastically mention about being around in 10,000 years, it's because many of us see capital over life. I believe, it should be the other way around, but that's my opinion and everyone is entitled to have their own.
We will probably have developed high tech spacesuits to survive on other planets..and our body will function very differently..it will automatically adjust to different conditions because in the future we are gonna have genetic programming and our brain will basically be like a quantum computer..

Entire universe will come to an end. But then just like before it will come to life with Big Bang again and again . A lot of scientists believe that this is never ending process. I also believe that we existed before but something bigger than us is holding us to remember. There is something out there bigger then just a theory, we don’t have clue yet what it is. Many called it God.
By that time God judged the world and installed a new earth and heaven. No sin anymore found on earth. Just people that live according to His laws on peace. No war. No poverty. You'll love it.
@ken yuuki and global warming is not a catastrophic problem there have been times during Earth's history when the co2 levels were way higher than now and the planet and life thrived
Define future. I would love to be alive like at least 10 000 years from now. But I will not complain, because even 100 years ago it was horrible. WW1, WW2.. We have a good time now. The best time so far for humans actually..
Nope; Earth's orbit speed is decreasing, meaning, every day, it takes longer for Earth to complete one full rotation. The effect is meaningless in our minuscule lifetimes, but it exists, and it adds up. Wait for 200 million years, and a day on Earth won't be 24 (technically it isn't 24 but meh) hours long, but rather 25. And 200 million years ago, it was 23. And during the good old days when music was good and everything was black and... uh... red... that is, like... 4 billion years ago-, a day lasted for little over 6 hours.
One sci-fi writer once said any time traveler who went centuries forward would not survive the day. They'd be done in by things like advanced tech, etc. For instance, an ancient Roman would've been run over had he come into our century. In the same way, we'd make some tragic mistake should we travel 1,000 years forward.
Hopefully we'd be smart enough to stay inside the machine and scope things out before we start exploring. Even if a Roman couldn't understand "car", he'd still understand "giant thing rampaging at speeds that not even the fleetest animals can match".
I think you would be surprised by what a Roman from 2,000 years ago would be able to process. For example, my father used to have milk delivered to his house by horse drawn carriage. But not even a dozen years later he got to see the moon landing. Romans had indoor toilets. When he was growing up, my father's family didn't. Now granted an uneducated peasant would be awed by much of what we have. But anyone with a decent education could be brought up to speed relatively quickly. Most of our advancements over ancient peoples have been due to works in chemistry. Which allowed us to advance just about every other discipline in science. Internal Combustion, polymers, metallurgy, and electricity have all benefited from that. Once they understand basic chemical reactions, everything else will make sense. But they don't even need that as most modern day people don't have that knowledge, and just work things out.
Think of it this way; the chances of a star (or perhaps even Jupiter; its orbital eccentricity is expected to become so extreme within 1 billion years, Mercury might get sent either straight into the Sun, come crashing into Earth or Mars or Venus, or get thrown away - like a pickle-) passing by and kicking the Earth -and several other planets- out of orbit, sending the planet far away into the semi-vacuum. But don't get too sad, it's very likely life would survive deep inside the now semi-frozen oceans, and, there is also a possibility of the now rogue Earth getting captured by another star, restarting everything again and allowing the Earth, and thus, life, to continue. Which is kinda the more positive option- The other one is getting melted by the Sun by 6 billion years into the future and ending up tidally-locked :p Wait this is kinda depressing-

So what this video is telling us is that it's better to be alive now than in the future.
Define future. I would love to be alive like at least 10 000 years from now. But I will not complain, because even 100 years ago it was horrible. WW1, WW2.. We have a good time now. The best time so far for humans actually..

"Interestingly, 1 day on earth will increase by 1 sec, whole lot of time to do activities..."
Every school ever!

If billion years later, you are that smart, I challenge you to find a way to bring me back
It’s kinda sad u know our Earth is gonna be gone one day in the future :((
Think of it this way; the chances of a star (or perhaps even Jupiter; its orbital eccentricity is expected to become so extreme within 1 billion years, Mercury might get sent either straight into the Sun, come crashing into Earth or Mars or Venus, or get thrown away - like a pickle-) passing by and kicking the Earth -and several other planets- out of orbit, sending the planet far away into the semi-vacuum.
But don't get too sad, it's very likely life would survive deep inside the now semi-frozen oceans, and, there is also a possibility of the now rogue Earth getting captured by another star, restarting everything again and allowing the Earth, and thus, life, to continue.
Which is kinda the more positive option-
The other one is getting melted by the Sun by 6 billion years into the future and ending up tidally-locked :p
Wait this is kinda depressing-
It’s not sad to me 😬
