I love black eye peas stew, I soak them overnight, rinse and cook so I can used the water they are cooked in along with coconut milk to finish my curried stew. Delish!
I just made this dish about two weeks ago. I add coconut milk to it too! One of my many favorite bean dishes to make. It’s so good! Never had it without the coconut milk though. Might have to give it a try real soon.

I constantly stir until I’m satisfied. It took less than 5 minutes. Once the kale start to shrink, remove it from the heat.
