    Thanks for these workouts dear Amy. A big hug from India. I'm a mum of a 16 months old baby and still haven't been able to shed the last 3-4 kilos. I still struggle with motherhood and adjusting to the new ' normal'. These videos really motivate me. Thank you

    Thanks for a great 20 min work out! I started with your postnatal HIITs and this was a great next step to continue but not be overwhelmed when the kids start interrupting! I didn't know I could turn on notifications so happy to get new info as it comes out!
