Thanks a lot for this video! I had a massive dark oil stain under my car one night and couldn't figure out if it was engine oil or transmission oil, turned out to be steering rack oil! Looks like I need new gaitors.
Glad it was of some use! Mine has not yet seen action as the restoration is still ongoing; hoping I have no issues, fingers crossed...
Great content Tim. I have never seen such a comprehensive strip and rebuild of a moggy. Love you almost Zen approach!
Thank you - slow and steady!
Great video Tim I am learning more and more about how the Morris minor works very in-depth keep them coming 👍
Thanks, will do! Still walking right now...
How do I access the inner ball joint to add/remove shims? Thanks
Sorry I never had to do that on mine. I think the Haynes manual covers it. Also there's a PDF available on the web of the original workshop manual.
Very helpful video
Glad it was helpful!
Great video again Tim , did you replace the top and bottom felt pads in the steering column which should be oiled occasionally ? 🤔
No, mine looked good, so I thought I'd best leave alone.
@@goingundersground If it ain't bust , don't fix it 👍
Very good job
Thank you so much 😀
