How can disgusting places like this still serve food to the public? There’d probably be no problems if it was in Syria, Iraq or Sudan; but it’s not! It’s in Britain and it’s disgraceful! Close it down immediately!
@@geoffdundee And don’t we know it! If they don’t want to conform they must be closed down. I don’t give a toss about their culture. Health and safety are paramount especially where food is concerned. They’d eventually have to close down anyway because they’d get no customers.

So if this place can still open despite it state I'm wondering what can lead a shop to close for hygiene issues ? Do you have to find a dead body in a freezer ? An human sized ratatouille cooking roaches ? I would be really curious.
And the temperature of the water means what? It's the amount of soap, time spent washing, and thoroughness that matter. Dumbarse. Feel free to Google it :) your hands will be clean if you follow the correct method for the correct time, nothing to do with water temperature. Bacteria die over 70°C so feel free to wash your hands in that. Good luck.
I work (or used to pre Covid) in the UK chain hotel groups....Hilton /Holiday Inn etc...and they are kept clean ,fridge temps are spot on etc...but if you go into the world of takeaways ,pubs and that...things can drop very quickly...either through lack of training, don't care attitude or not enough staff to clean and cook....if any where as an open kitchen and you can see the food being cooked ...maybe choose these?
Even a customer can request to look behind the scenes. If the owner of a takeaway/restaurant refuses then you can assume they've got something to hide. He/She should be proud to show a customer the behind the scenes area, after all it's the customer's money which keep these venues operating.
1:59 That's pure filth. I often go to the toilet before ordering food or anything. If it looks like this: you should immediately run away! I once ordered ice cream in an Indian shop, afterwards I became extremely sick. I couldnt stop throwing up because my stomach was extremely upset. I think because of nasty bacteria in the food or in the toilet..
I don't get this comment. I understand why you think its their job, but they will return to that take out in about a month, randomly again, and then if its not fixed (I.e, cleaning behind things, repairs ect) then they will be shut down. But this isn't America, inspectors don't go in armed with big red "closed by the food standards agency" stickers before even looking at the place. Shutting down a business and then demanding repairs ect often just causes them to close entirely, because you have effectivly said "no income, now fix things that may cost alot". KFC is a 'clean' enviroment, it has to be right? Before its boycott and closure my local KFC store found FEACES and SEMEN on COOKED CHICKEN. Thats right, the semen got onto the food AFTER it was cooked. That means someone rubbed one out in the bathroom and still didn't wash their hands. The inspectors comment about the fact the food was prepared safely is the more important thing, a place can be spotless and youll still have people making stupid decisions that can cause alot more damage to health than a missing tile and some dust behind an oven...
I’m sorry, but if you think closing a door is going to stop it right? You need to find a different profession. Those little buggers go through solid walls where you can’t see a space.
if you eat at an indian restaurant you are asking for trouble. the hygiene standards of that culture in general are nowhere near what most people would tolerate if they knew better. its not racist if its true.

How can disgusting places like this still serve food to the public? There’d probably be no problems if it was in Syria, Iraq or Sudan; but it’s not! It’s in Britain and it’s disgraceful! Close it down immediately!
its considered racist to expect others to assimilate/integrate and respectfully have the same hygiene standards of brits.
@@geoffdundee And don’t we know it! If they don’t want to conform they must be closed down. I don’t give a toss about their culture. Health and safety are paramount especially where food is concerned. They’d eventually have to close down anyway because they’d get no customers.
They moved their culture with them
I would protest out the front of that shop to have it closed down, dirty contaminated yuck!!
if you done that they would call the police and claim you were being racist............yould be arrested, hauled in front of a judge and heavily fined or jailed...............the very best you can do is to never never ever eat or buy anything from their premises.
@HMontages 123 ...very much so
@HMontages 123 ....the race card is pulled at every opportunity by muhammadeans
@HMontages 123 .......you are in denial......your problem not mine.....at least be honest......but you cant be thats why youre here.....everyone knows whats going on except yourself
@HMontages 123 loads of “Indian takeaways” are owned and run by Pakistanis though probably why people get mixed up.
When the inspector leaves, Raj hands him an envelope, "cheers John, see ya in six months".
2:45 “there’s a slight problem with the temperature control in the fridge” the chicken is 12 degrees
music and stuff it was Celsius
@@okok6746 and that's why it wasn't a "slight problem"
Chicken at 12 degrees, depending on how long, can give you some serious food poisoning.
If this was in NY you'll get the bolt on your door with a notice to be shut down. Health Department don't play here
The internal temperature of the fridge was over 10c, how on earth did they walk away without closing it down? here in Australia any tiles on walls or floors that are even cracked, much less missing need immediate replacement as they can harbor bacteria.
I really shouldn't be watching this show... It scares me from ever eating out ever again...
That basin where he washed his hands is DISGUSTING!! You can't wash the hands without touching the sides and shit!!
Just wait until Gordon Ramsay gets in there
Burn it all down u donkey.
So if this place can still open despite it state I'm wondering what can lead a shop to close for hygiene issues ? Do you have to find a dead body in a freezer ? An human sized ratatouille cooking roaches ? I would be really curious.
That’s nasty 🤢🤮
Like Ramsay would say: The first problem with the microwave is that it exists.
That place is disgusting there's no excuse for it to be like this.
Inspector walks in, washes hands in cold water 😆
And the temperature of the water means what?
It's the amount of soap, time spent washing, and thoroughness that matter. Dumbarse.
Feel free to Google it :) your hands will be clean if you follow the correct method for the correct time, nothing to do with water temperature. Bacteria die over 70°C so feel free to wash your hands in that. Good luck.
@@girlywench It's about removing the soap scum off your hands you thick fuck.
Reusable hand towel in the restroom is absolutely disgusting
So pretty much it's a smelly place but the food is treated right
I blame the inspectors for letting a place get in this condition and letting it still operate
@@ulyssesdamon3408 features I'm talking health inspectors
agreed. if they did their job they'd shut down these shit hole kitchens.
I went to that “restaurant” and had shits through the night. Felt like I was dying for 2days.
that place is a BIO HAZARD
This is the palash balti 35 Birmingham New Road WV4 6BL for anyone wanting to avoid it. I've eaten there for years but never will again! Disgusting!
@Graham Moore It's a Indian restaurant...most likely still the same
Stuff in the fridge is way too warm, 12°C what looked like chicken and 17°C something else.
That's not the staff toilet. It's the stock soup bowl.
First scenes of the food inspector using that disgusting sink is enough for me already. That sink should not be in that state. Theres no excuse. And barely any handwash left. If their toilets are bad, you know their kitchen is filthy too, and their cooking
Most clean Indian restaurant
I haven’t personally, but I’ve had friends work in much worse conditions. It wasn’t for his lack of trying but for everyone else’s. He’d be the one to clean and nobody else would. He gave an ultimatum to his manger, either the manger helps or he walks... and guess what, he walked.
"We can walk away and its safe for people to eat food there"💀💀💀
i wanna know how many people died from eating at this restaurant 🤣😭
rats died....people just ended up in hospital for 10 or so days.
@Harshit Kapoor .........i am a man/dude/guy.......i am from the best country in the world SCOTLAND
In India Once 1 person dies, they respawn back with 3 people, that's why there overpopulated, From shitting outside, to throwing garbage in the street and thinking its someones job, and live in a messy room that smells like the foot of a 10 day old rotten corpes, That country needs a flood with soap and water
As a retired chef, this was absolutely disgusting. The cutting board was filthy as well as the stovetop area. I would have shut them down and given them a timeline to clean and repair everything.
Good hygiene is not a priority for majority of Indians, if someone has ever visited India, they would know.
It would be a priority if they could afford it. No one likes living in dirt.
Watching these videos has confirmed my fear of eating at Indian owned restaurants... absolutely disgusting 🤢🤮
Bruh dude, the owners could also be Pakistani or Bangladeshi and I have net Indians and been to Indian Restaurants, usually they are not even run by Indian people and the ones run by Indian people are also Normal hygienic
Its funny how they use the taps to turn on water to wash hands, but that defeats the purpose. Then wash,, then use same taps to turn of. All those dirty hands before them. Use your elbows
Should name and shame the restaurants in this series. I live near Wolverhampton and want to know where to avoid!
Best to not eat from any Indian restaurant in Wolverhampton if you can’t identify avoid them all.
food at 12˚ in a fridge is shocking

The thumbnail is a bit edited
These health Inspectors should tell the bold truth and if they cnt do that they need a different job, it's our health that it will affect not theres ffs put ur feet down council...
The cleanest Indian restaurant in Indian standards.
Have to agree
thats why i never eat take-away food,a little bit work and i make my own curry, without rats !
That should have been shut down immediately. Wtf are they doing? I'm my country this would be closed until everything is up to standard then the inspectors start popping in on you unexpectedly after that
What!! That place is the pits!! Absolutely disgusting!! That guy and woman need sacked !
This is why I never have takeaways

Looked minging, I wouldn’t be buying or consuming food from that establishment.
This was deemed safe to remain open? Wtf?
U need to see their streets and u will understand this is a clean Restaurant
But India is a super power.. 😂
@@NubiansNapataindia is superpooper number #1. No one can beat them at it
Authentic Indian experience.
I haven't eaten in a restaurant since before the Coronavirus appeared and I don't think I'll be visiting one any time soon. That filthy kitchen was atrocious. You won't find one molecule of mold on my refrigerator door, or anywhere else for that matter. And I live in government-subsidized housing, where too many people think we live in filth. Not bloody likely.
Same here, and you are right - they do think we live in filth. Whenever somone has to come to my house, such as repairsmen, they actually comment on how clean my house is. None of them bother though with taking their shoes off before coming in, they waltz straight in with their filthy boots because they think, oh well another filthy social housing dump! I have to cover all my furniture and everything before anyone comes to the house because I'm fed up with spending hours afterwards cleaning up all the dirty fingerprints they leave everywhere - and they do touch everywhere because they are fascinated by how clean my house is, contrary to their expectation, so they go round every room (without reason to do so and without asking for permission of course) touching absolutely everywhere!
@@LittleKitty22 I scolded the maintenance guy once for stepping on the bath rug in my bathroom instead of first moving it out of the way. He jumped a good three inches into the air. I used to work as an apartment building super and cleaned up after these guys until I learned how to do repairs myself and had far less to clean up afterward.
It’s authentic Indian (I love India but it’s really dirty)
It's not authentic unless you get Eastern Latrine residue on your week old chicken breast, cooked fresh yesterday, reheated today.

UK has such low standards, it's mind blowing
It should have been closed down the minute they saw the state of the back of the premises... Plus, the temperature of the food so high, is what bacteria like ecoli, salmonella, thrive on.. If it was the Republic of Ireland that restaurant would be closed on the spot until brought up to proper standards
Bet you the Vindaloo is bangin
No joke it's always the restaurants. Where the hygiene is shit but the foods bangin

Guy is so afraid of being called racist he won’t call these people out. Sad.
Yup this attitude exists everywhere here in the UK, hence certain member of the "community" can do what they want - and they do what they want and laugh at the rest of us!
He is obviously naive or more than likely he's getting a back hander, no one in their right mind would keep that place open, even my pet pig would turn away.
I wish inspectors here in the USA were as thorough and detailed.
I saw a video where a man said that India is better than Pakistan 😂
No no that's not the dirtiest. There are even worse places than this one.
If you see this comment I wish you a great day and stay safe at home God bless you
Ditto my mate
Not when your a security guard in a shopping centre 😐
This is why I don't eat Indian takeaway
Majority of restaurants in Wolverhampton should be closed down
India standards.
Dirty bastards are those inspectors on the take?
I would never have eaten there...and I have worked as a chef, now and then, since 1978.
The last time I went to a curry place, there were rats running around the outside. I never set foot in one again.
Last time I went to one ,the rats were cooking in the kitchen
I wouldn't let my dogs eat the food prepared in there, as for the inspectors assessment, I think he should think of another vocation, if he thinks that is satisfactory he shouldn't be doing that job. Disgusting.
I know of one Indian restaurant in Wolverhampton (no names) that was as bad as this. They were prosecuted by the council, fined and closed till they were clean enough to pass an inspection. They passed with flying colours and have since become one of the best Indian restaurants in Wolverhampton.

I use to be a dishwater for a pretty lit Italian restaurant and all I gotta say is people just don't care.
