Beautiful home and a very comprehensive tour. Nicely done. I might suggest you remove your shoes when entering a listing. At a minimum, doing so would ensure protection of the floors, but also demonstrates courtesy to the owners and prospective buyers.

Builders want to brag about details on how they build their homes but do your research most builders put the cheapest of everything in a spec home. Wire shelving should be banned and straight walls and threshold should be installed properly as well as the rough in work. Attention to details is not the norm. And these are small almost common sense people. Gone are the days of great quality unless of course you are the builder building for yourself.
