You can get a huge french chateau with many more acres of land or a beautiful castle or manor house in Europe with many more acres of land for about the same price.
And better in texas cheaper and bigger then european houses or mansions

The backyard is huge for NY.
You're referring to Nassau County on Long Island specifically. If you go more east of Suffolk County the houses are a lot more spread out and upstate NY is very different/rural.

It's a beautiful home. Too much for me. only 3.7m, but that is for the home, just know that what ever your house payment will be you can double it for your taxes in New York State.
