I love this home. They designed it well with many expensive upgrades. This house is very luxurious.

74 degrees for AC would insanely expensive. My electric bill in the summer is about 250-300 and I leave my AC on 77-80.

You’re an excellent salesperson, and I truly appreciate the flow of the home-it’s fantastic. However, the finishes are not quite aligned with what buyers typically desire . IMHO 😀

Selling a million dollar home and this dude can’t even tuck his shirt tail into his skinny pants.

Why on earth would someone pay $1.25 million for that? It’s literally a decent suburb home, it should cost around at least $100k-300k since this isn’t Palm Beach or the Hamptons!

Beautiful home and a very comprehensive tour. Nicely done. I might suggest you remove your shoes when entering a listing. At a minimum, doing so would ensure protection of the floors, but also demonstrates courtesy to the owners and prospective buyers.
