SUPER sketch. i would not do that on wheels i was going to drive on the highway. but an offroad rig or something like this, it will be fine. these are rollers to appease the governments requests so i wasnt too concerned with getting it perfect otherwise i would have just taken it to a machine shop.
@@definitelynotmechanics Honestly I'm surprised to hear that from the USA, the land of the free. I'm from Europe, I have around 10 cars in my yard with some of them missing a lot of parts and most of them are non-running.
@@definitelynotmechanics btw if you didn't find out till now, the center bore of older Audis is 57.1 mm and Mercedes is 66.6 mm, starting with the B8 audi a4 they also switched to 66.6 mm. I also own a W123 and here is a tip for you, there's a nice looking alloy wheel from the Audi B9 in 16 inches that look pretty good on the w123 but are awful on the audi so people want to get rid of it, the part number is 8W0601025, they can be found cheap.
Thats living in the city for ya. I could understand if our driveways were in front of the house but the whole point of an alley is to hide your crappy cars in the back. Lol
Thumbs up for full on sketchiness
Even tho this is old, you was supposed to drill from the inside, you only needed a 1/3 inch cut
I'm facing the same situation and I'm about to do this tomorrow
I just spent 400 on some wheels that were supposed to fit. I needed a 4.25 center bore and these are 3 something. I can’t even find a shop to do it
8:16 you didn't learn that on school
Should have used that smaller diameter bit buddy, would have been a whole lot straighter
What the name of the second tool you used to Lil after the hole saw
You still got that matchbox wagon?
Im wondering if I can put a set of audi spokes 18" stock wheels on a 2005 e320 Benz ? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
man I hope this is just to put some rollers on it to avoid the city BS... Hole saw just seems hella sketch.

@@definitelynotmechanics I figured it was to get the city to leave you alone. Wagon does look mean on them though.
we just got a big piece to the mercedes puzzle so it should start looking A LOT meaner.
Nice Mercedes.
i don't get it, you got a ticket for a flat tyre in your own yard? what country are you from wtf?
thats dallas county for you. most big cities have laws like that to keep people like me from having 10 non running vehicles in their driveway/yard.
