    I just subscribed. Normally I do not subscribe to TH-camrs that have things given to them. That being said I understand you have worked hard to get to the point of a number of subscribers to have this done with the expectations of return on investment on the vendors point of view. I have a 4.2 laser, and it does not cut for crap. I am retired and do not expect to make enough to get my own Thunder Laser, but I like what you are doing so I want to see more. Thank You!

    Awesome video, love seeing the creativity! Keep up the awesome work and videos!
    For the difference in cutting power from the left to right side, or front to back, it may be beam alignment related. If you haven't checked it, one of the mirrors may be misaligned and tipping the beam as it goes from one to the next, and as the gantry goes to the other corners of the bed, it may see a drop in power because of not being centered in the mirrors or part of the beam getting blocked on the way to the next mirror or catching the nozzle if its not centered on the lens coming into the head. Not always the answer, but it is the most common thing I see when people experience extreme differences in results across the 4 corners/center of the work bed. Keep on rocking!

    Thanks for this easy to follow video! Can you talk about shipping these and do you typically keep the back of the sign with the wiring exposed and include the hardware? Excited to see more options! Congrats on your Thunder and channel success!

    • @WyldeWillow
      @WyldeWillow  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thank you! Haven't shipped any yet but I also haven't tried to market them online or anything. I stay busy with local work so haven't seen the need to. As far as the back it depends. This customer had a low budget to work with so I just left it open. You can frame them out and put a thin piece of wood on the back to cover them. That is if you don't want the light shining out the back. So really it just depends. I do Include hardware but if it's reasonable I usually go hang them my self. I do this for two reasons. One, it helps build relationships with customers. Two, I always worry they are going to mess them up. 😂

      Those lights I used in this video stick really well but the more expensive version of these lights I use. Usually I have to use CA glue with them especially around the bends and corners. I highly recommend the lights I linked in the description

    Found your from Spicier design on he’s tumblr engraving. Can you make a video for a Stanley 40oz cup full wrap on a Xtool S1 20w. There really isn’t but 1 other video but after seeing how you help SD. I’m thinking your settings will be spot on!

    • @WyldeWillow
      @WyldeWillow  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Unfortunately I don't have the riser base for my S1. I'll eventually do a full wrap on one of my lasers. One thing that really helped me was just doing a line about 5mm wide that ran from the top to the bottom. I would run that line over and over with different settings and focus heights until I found the right combination.

    Can this be made on a diode?

    • @WyldeWillow
      @WyldeWillow  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Yes absolutely. I have done similar signs on my diode laser your just limited by the size of your working area. You can also use the print and cut feature in Lightburn to make signs bigger than your working area. Also it make take you several passes to cut the wood depending on what thickness of wood you use.

    Hi there. I found you at 2am the other night, while not able to sleep, lol! Do you have an idea for a mini set of lights, probably battery operated for a piece like a 4 inch square? I thought I would pick your brain, maybe you have come across in your research. I find them, but 20 ft. Is a bit much. Truly enjoyed your videos!

    • @WyldeWillow
      @WyldeWillow  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello. I have not found any that short but you should be able to cut them down. Search TH-cam for cutting LED strips. It's an easy process but you have to cut them at the right place.
