I'm struggling to get the opt-in workflow to fire. I updated it first, and it didn't fire, so now I feel like I've tried everything and it's just not catching when someone checks the option box on my form.

Problem is you cannot registered if your business is outside US.
Well not for A2P some countries dont require it, there is a regulatory bundle for countries outside of the US, you do that instead

If your client’s business is outside the US and Canada, and they will not be sending any text messages to US or Canadian phone numbers, completing A2P registration is generally not necessary.

To get A2P (Application to Person) verified, having a registered business is typically a requirement. The A2P verification process involves validating your business information against official records to ensure compliance and legitimacy.
In the A2P registered it asks if the business is registered "yes" or "no." Nobody seems to touch the "No." Countless videos on A2P with a registered business name - none of them speak about a business if it is not registered. Why is that?
Because registering a business is a standard prerequisite for engaging in commercial activities, including A2P messaging. So the assumption is that businesses seeking A2P registration are already properly registered entities.
@@AutomatedMarketer I understand what you are saying. But there are countless thousands of handymen, lawncare guys that have a DBA and run under their SSC number. Perfectly legal. But they are not an LLC. Again, this is why the question is on the registration, "are you a registered business?" Because a DBA allows you to do business legally with a Social#. At least that is my understanding. I could be wrong.

Using your contact page on the website can be acceptable, but it needs to meet specific requirements for A2P registration.

You cant you have to be approved for text to send and receive
