When adding group access to the workflow, GHL sends two automated emails to the subscriber in close succession. I want to be able to edit the information stated in the email and, of course, change the timing of that email delivery. Any suggestions? TIA Looking forward to hearing from you.

Whats still very unclear and hopefully you can help with is, how do you give them login details? If they sign up for a membership that includes the community and courses, how do they get login? Before I could make an automation to generate a login password for them. Now, I have no idea how to make this happen as I am trying to migrate membership to this portal feature. Any help would be great. I asked support and they didnt seem to know how to grant new users login either which is funny!

Yeah circle is not bad for sure, you can use zapier to add members after purchases inside of HighLevel

Do they have an app that course members can download to access the community area?… Or will it only be accessible via web browser?

Go into sites, client portal and look at app permissions, make sure communiteis is checked.

The login detials is a magic link that gets sent out with every new member. Its a system process

Yes it’s called an upsell in here, you have to create the offer in the course area then add the course as an upsell in here
