    Mike, this is gold. I've been thinking the exact same way regarding customers/clients and what SMBs can afford. Seeing someone like yourself confirming that is awesome and helps with action-taking rather than analysis paralysis. thank you.

    How helpful this video was for me. I just signed up for High Level and its like diving In the ocean, but im glad it was explained in a digestible way. My question is this, if the customers weren't checking emails, and managing their customers service SMS/Phone before, why would they be free to do it now? Thanks

    • @MikeCoochYouTube
      @MikeCoochYouTube  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Most of them just don’t have any good systems set up to do that properly. HighLevel puts all of that communication in one place, and makes it available on their desktop and mobile - makes it much easier. Also has Ai to do much of the responding for them.
      But some businesses still won’t do it - which makes it an excellent service option to do a full managed service for them.

    Thank you for sharing this video Mike! It presents a completely different approach to digital marketing, which I find quite enlightening. I particularly appreciate the mindset of offering a system based on a recurring monthly basis as opposed to the Time and Talent model.
    My main question is as follows. I understand that you suggest a model of providing clients with systems like the “4 x R services” explained in your video. However, let’s consider a new client, one who either doesn’t have a website yet or already has one but knows very little about marketing to boost their online business. Essentially, they don’t know how to generate leads, or sales, manage Facebook/Instagram campaigns, understand SEO, etc. In short, they are unsure how to attract new customers to build their email list and High-Level CRM contacts. What kind of proposal would you make for this type of client?

    • @MikeCoochYouTube
      @MikeCoochYouTube  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi, thanks for watching and for the question. First, the core offer would be - and always is - to put them on ‘marketing systems’ that will allow them to grow their business. This is the 4R’s that you mentioned. For a new business, I would probably price it at $297, then have higher priced tiers that are based on the number of users they have on the system and the growth in use over time (volume of emails, sms, calls,etc).
      Whether or not you want to try to do something to help them generate leads beyond that is primarily a matter of what business model you want to pursue, and if you have the skills and knowledge to help them with this. Assuming you want to and have the ability, I would use UpHex to add an ‘Ad system’ package that I would charge another $297/month for. The customer would then separately provide as much/as little budget for the advertising on top of that.
      The result of this set up is that I’m doing my best to keep you in the ‘systems’ business instead of the ‘agency’ business, keeping costs down/value high for your customer, and generating high-margin recurring revenue for you.
      I hope that helps!

    Wow, you are a GENIUS with this stuff and I"ve never heard anyone explain the strategic concepts of selling Assets & Automation vs. Talent and Skills solutions which are not scalable. The strategy of starting with smaller Fast Start packages also makes perfect sense because it's much easier to get people to say yes and become a subscriber of GHL. I'm going to find a way to work with you because I agree with you 100% on the key strategies you shared and all the rest is for the birds.

    Would you recommend this model for agencies that are not niched down? If so, do you recommend having several snapshots that cover several industries?

    • @MikeCoochYouTube
      @MikeCoochYouTube  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes I would. I personally develop snapshots based on universal marketing concepts and then tweak them for the specific customer. So in other words, things like a coupon campaign with follow up sequence, a calendar booking campaign with follow up sequence, and review request campaign, a deactivation campaign. These are all pretty universal and require very little modification. If you then find that you end up selling to a niche over and over and developing a specific snapshot for them makes sense - go for it.

  • @willhollands8853
    @willhollands8853 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

    Amazing video! Wow this is exactly what I was looking for.
    Question: when it comes to your clients using an external booking system to take payments and appointments, how do you trigger automations inside or GHL based on customer activity on external booking system? I am familiar with Zapier but it isn’t very compatible and the ways around that seem a touch fidley. Would you recommend just doing bulk csv uploads? Even then you aren’t learning much about the customers profile. I look forward to hearing back from you :)

    • @MikeCoochYouTube
      @MikeCoochYouTube  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thanks for watching! If they want to stick with their current booking system vs switching to HL, yes Zapiet or similar tools, webhooks, or a custom integration are your options.
      If you are focused on a particular industry and this is going to be a common issue, then doing the custom integration to that platform may be something worthwhile for you to develop.
      If this is a one-off situation, I’d use Zapier or similar or the manual export.
      Not ideal, but it is what it is.
      And if this is truly a one-off and you are spending too much time on it, I’d probably just move on - lots of other customers out there!

    As a small business in photography business, I am not sure whether I should get high level directly myself and configure it or get from a HL reseller focusing on photography industry.

    • @MikeCoochYouTube
      @MikeCoochYouTube  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Definitely from a reseller. HighLevel direct is really only meant for Agencies and would add a lot of complexity you don’t need.

    • @YaneckWasiek
      @YaneckWasiek 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Big thanks for your perspective! So you would do that even if I am pretty technically capable of configuring everything the way I want it?

    • @MikeCoochYouTube
      @MikeCoochYouTube  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @YaneckWasiek yes, I’d just let whomever you are working with know that you want full admin rights to your system.

    Hey Mike do you offer coaching for people looking to get into GHL?

    • @MikeCoochYouTube

      Hey there, I don't do individual coaching. I offer my High-Leverage Agency program and access to the Moguls Mastermind as a way to get access to my training and a private community with group calls.

    Great Approach Mike. How do you make sure that they dont say 'oh, i can have all of this when i use GHL myself for less, why pay more?''

    • @MikeCoochYouTube
      @MikeCoochYouTube  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Well, a few things:
      1. HighLevel isn’t meant to be sold directly to businesses - only to agencies
      2. You shouldn’t ever even be discussing ‘HighLevel’ - you should have your own white label version of the platform.
      3. You should ALWAYS be delivering value on top of the tools. Providing funnels, workflows, campaigns, services etc - and selling to customers that want help, not just tools.
      Mike

      If I understand correctly, I as an agency can use GHL and set up and 'sell' Systems to Businesses which use the work-System i prepare for them. Hope I got it right.

    Great vid! How possible is it to start this business model as a side hustle initially, assuming there is a good knowledge of GHL already?

    • @MikeCoochYouTube
      @MikeCoochYouTube  ปีที่แล้ว

      Good question! The devil is in the details, of course, but I think it's a great side hustle for a lot of poeple (not so much for others depending on their time available, knowledge level, experience, etc). If you stay focused on selling a very simple initial service, that can be marketed and sold with a high degree of automation using ads and email, then you should be able to get nice recurring revenue going before leaving your job (if that's the goal).

    What is the benefit of them using your whitelabled uphex system? Obv.. you would charge more but can't they just do the ads themselves anyway? Why pay you extra for it. Thats not even including their ad spend.... another question: Where you show 3,000 sms or calls or 30,000 emails. Is that free or up to those first 3,000 they are paying whatever GHL is charing you? e.g) 0.005 cents?

    • @MikeCoochYouTube
      @MikeCoochYouTube  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The benefit is that UpHex is MUCH easier to use than the FB as system, which most businesses have no clue how to use. You can add campaign templates in there for them etc.
      Those numbers are credits I would give them included with their monthly fee (Hl would charge me the wholesale rate for those), then after they pass those numbers I would charge them extra at my retail rate.

    The biggest problem of selling the system for me is that Highlevel don't provide Tradition Chinese language(I already gave feedback in the Highlevel ideas section), even I think this is the right way to go. I am living in Hong Kong but not most of the users are good at English.
