What stands out to me the most is that GHL uses individually named "calendars" in place of "appointment types". The last 2 calendar systems I've used offered a primary calendar, sub-calendars for groups/teams, as well as for individual team members and then you set up "Appointment Types" within those calendars and assigned them hours of availability. (I had 1 calendar (mine), with 7 different types of appointments available, each with custom timeframes for availability, down to individual daily times so I could offer Availability of Discovery Calls at different times each day, which was VERY helpful for both me and the clients.
With GHL, EVERYTHING is called a calendar (Primary, Group, Owner, Appointment types, Event types) so my GHL calendar consists of 8 "calendars".
I personally don't like the terminology but it works the same in the end.

Hey, I have a thank you page I want to show and connect to, every time they book a meeting/call with my client or through there calendars, how can I show thank you page and add those custom values that show the appointment date and time on the thank you page and able to confirm their appt through thank you page?
First your video is great! But Im running into an issue with the calendar where its sending out double emails one from the correct account and another from the wrong one .. should I just disconnect everything and reconnect it the way you are doing?

3. Can we get GHL to automatically generate new meeting links like Calendly does? Or we'll have to add a permanent meeting link manually, and that's it…?
Maybe the answers to (1) and (2) are that we will have to create some sort of a form + funnel for including the questions; and set up a workflow for the SMS and Email confirmations ??

Can you internally sync GHL calendars? So ignoring external cals like google, just sync together one round robin to another for example?

Very helpful. I own a service repair business. What would be the best Calander to use to schedule multiply team members on a service call?
Create individual calendars for each team member. Then assign multiple team members to a single service call. Set custom availability to avoid double-booking.

Please can you tell me if there is a way that I can set up a smart list calendar event in GoHighLevel? My manager runs several group coaching calls per month. I have tried setting up a calendar but want to invite more than 11 clients. Or is there a way I can set up a workflow with a calendar appointment reminder to my smart list, instead of schedule email reminders? Many thanks in advance

That’s very tough, maybe the new service calendars and using equipment , making each storage unit requirement

Add yourselkf to the account from the agency side, click on the staff/team area in agency settings, then click on your name go all the way to the bottom and add your self to the account

I just found this out, switch to agency view > team > edit your profile > Expand User Roles > Add Sub-Account > click your agency.
