I have a question.
For us agency owners using highlevel our billing section is in the settings tab on the agency view. But when a client enters into a subaccount, where will his billing section be? Will it be in the settings tab of the subaccount? Because I cant find the billing section for a client. Or am I missing something? I just want to know where will the client do the billing for the saas....

Yes. You can setup SaaS autopilot in that 497 package which automatically takes care of almost everything.
How are you able to embed the form on the website, it won’t appear after I embed it on their Wordpress site.
It can happen for multiple reasons. Please check your code and the page element you're using it in.
Bro, can you tell me if someone's fill the survey as everyone fill according to them. You need to update the DNS records of your domain to HighLevel's A records which you will find in the domains section of a subaccount, then add it.

Thanks. And to answer your question, of course, just like I showed in the video, the website was in WordPress and I connected forms, chat widgets, calendar, etc.

regarding the clients website, if he has his own website or requires a new one to be made, will he be giving me access to his website builder or how does it work assuming he has his own website? and if creating a new website for him, do i need to register him to a website builder like wordpress or can it be made straight from GHL? also, pls let us know abt the fees as in if he will be paying the monthly fee additionally to the website builder separate to my monthly subscription.

Yes, click on the pencil icon beside the phone number and you will find the setting to turn it off.

So far so good. Prospecting is always the hard part but once you crack finding out the pain points and provide a solution, business will thrive for sure
What about their custom email setup for their automations? Do you set this up for them?
We use Mailgun, don't usually setup SMTP unless it's needed
@ashhasib just a FYI, a admin of a sub account cannot see the other sub accounts.
I don't understand why you set your client as a user in his own sub-account?? How he can see your all sub -accounts if you set him as an Admin in a specific sub-account?

You need to ask the client to share access

Thank you. We usually send an onboarding form to the client to get all the info and have our team members do the onboarding.

SaaS automatically takes care of the account creation and basic setups.

Definitely you can. Just click on "Integrate Form" or "Integrate Survey" or the Calendar Code and copy-paste it to the website.

12:35 I don't understand why this part would not be automated. Why would you have to update all of those things for each client. They look like custom values. Isn't there a way to automate it?
There is no way to automatically update custom values. Each company has different values for these attributes so you have to fill them up each time you have a new account.
What is it called when you send them their monthly price and sign them up, and how do you lock the subaccount until they pay? I created the subaccount, created the user, and they got an auto email with their login info and are now in their account with apparently full access, but I haven't even gotten a credit card from them. They basically have a free account now I guess unless I erase it?

What does it mean if there is no option to add new employee under my staff? I’ve created a sub account for a new client and there’s no button to add employee.
It should be called "My Staff" under settings

Hey I was just wondering, why do you use elementor instead of just building the website out inside of ghl? Is element worth looking into for me or should I just build everything within ghl?
Hey man, Elementor is by far my favorite website builder because it gives me enough liberty to play around with the design and I know the exact method to keep the website super fast. GHL websites are good but if you want really dynamic websites with advanced functionalities, WordPress is still the best!
If I have a website that is sending leads to GHL, is there any way to set up batches of customers (3-4 customers) so the lead is not going to 50 different customers? Where ghl would send the first three leads to the first batch, then the next three leads to a different batch of customers?
You can use Zapier to do that but you would need Javascript to create a script for this automation

You will be creating logins when you are creating the user just like I showed in the video. Also the client will receive an email with username & password

Awesome video brother, I had a question, I am currently in USA, but next month will be visiting Bangladesh, will I still be able to receive calls, messages, and most imortantly be able to make calls directly from different sub accounts with Go high level If i am in Bangladesh? I think you can do it through the app although I'd recommend asking their support as it's a unique case.

There is an onboarding fee involved which is one time. The client pays monthly for the subscription.
