I really like the minimalist style of these. That's just kind of my thing. But after I bought them, I walked around in them for abour a mile and a half with summer socks on and my ankles are shredded... I suck at sizing sneakers. Is this a red flag that I should go half a size up?
Hey! did you kept the Sambas until you broke in the shoes?, or you changed them, cause I'm having the same problem, just bought a pair and I'm thinking of changing to a Gazelle or a Spezial, should I resist the pain in my feet or change them?
@gabrieltavernier2864 I wore thicker socks and walked for shorter distances until the sneakers eventually wore in, so yeah, I did end up keeping my usual size for these.
@@Overcookedsoul Thanks man, for the advice. I ended up changing to a half size up, and now they feel more comfortable.
These will last you years, I've had a pair (same as in the video), since about 2016, I wear them nearly every single day for work, have walked thousands of miles in them no doubt, still going strong even after a few cycles in the washing machine lol.
For me, the tall tongue on the heel of the shoe really digs into my heel, causing bleeding after the first wear. I quickly got tired of it and cut the top off.
Thank you so much for this! I had these in my cart and was about to purchase them until I saw your vid. I have bunions so these won't work for me.
These are my work shoes and also my favorite daily shoes. I’ve had my favorite pair 12 years. I do have a narrow foot. They are just so comfortable.
These Samba arent meant for fusbal, theyre casual kicks vs the Samba Classic whites which are the vintage fusbal shoe. Just saying...i wear my Samba OG's and theyre very comfortable for me with average width foot
Adidas is not honest, in the Malaysian website the Samba is described as having “ soft leather uppers and suede overlays “ … this used to be real leather at one time but now it’s synthetic leather so please don’t think you are buying real leather. These Samba OGs sell for RM 560.00. There is another Samba, which is called here the Samba Decon and that has real leather but cost Ringgit 999.00. If you want really 100% leather all round & 100 % better comfort, better feel, natural creases, soft leather then get Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66 SD. Adidas is overpriced, finish and quality has also deteriorated. Don’t follow trends go for the comfort of your feet.
Hallo bro, jadi lebih enak Samba Decon ya?
@@agungnugraha6148 ya tapi beza harga di Msia samba biasa RM400+ decon RM900+
I find them to have too thin base. I went for Speciziale and they are one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever had :)
They are soccer shoes look it’s up, actual cleat Sambas as well. Not meant to be warm for everyday
it's for indoor football, not really for everyday walking
Yall know sambas were made for futsal right…?
Thanks to the algorithm for showing me these before i bought them. They look sleek but definitely lack durability
My feet a so wide that even though I half or full size up my pinky toe still will eventually leave an indent on the side of every shoe I own💀
Hello!
You know what’s overrated? Buying the “in trend shoe” just because it’s the “in trend shoe,” without any consideration on whether they match your foot shape and use case.
Ill take the non vegan. Thank you for the review 👌
Purchased a black pair of Adidas shoes for Christmas present - size 9. The left shoe is shorter than the right shoe. Horribly quality. Glue on shoes ain't even done properly either. Gonna stay away from Adidas brand from now on!!
Can you review the biking specific velosamba?
mysambas have started tearing after 3days of use
Can you do the same for puma palermo
Dramatic!!! I’ve worn the Sambas for years at work being on my feet for hours. The argument of the shoe being too tight. The leather does give after wearing them for a while and break into a nice comfy fit. As far as the shoe not having enough technology. This shoe proves that less is more. The black and white with brown rubber always looks striking. The suede and leather hold up great. These shoes look like they haven’t been worn enough to give a review
I would advise you to take a look at my 3 pros video. I love these shoes!
