@@TwoGuysTimberframing Yes, the head that I used for doing the rails and stiles will take replaceable knives, and also the panel raiser will too. In fact there is a huge assortment of profiles available, but you can also have custom cutters made so your doors can have your "signature" look if you want. Kinda neat to be able to offer something that nobody else has.
Hi Dovetail Timberworks. I cut my teeth on Wadkin EQ spindle moulders starting back in 1976. I see you also have an HOLZ HER stock feeder as well. Cut my teeth on those as well and used the Steff feed units as well. What microphone are you using? It's the best I've heard so far on YT. Great video. Tony

(I employ no-compromise techniques that focus on long-term reliability) Your words. I agree, top dog. Very nice job. Your right about no sanding. I hate sanding, well almost, just a small amount lol. A good wood machined finish doesn't need much sanding at all. Hope you agree. Thanks, Tony

I just subscribed to your channel the other day. I am very interested in woodworking with the word shaper and spindle molders I just bought a used one Grizzly G Dash 1035 for my shop I am really excited and can’t wait to start using it on projects. I have a question back in the 60s 70s craftsman used to make a molder with different shaper heads they came in a kit and you could install them on your tablesaw and they were very popular in making molding, is it possible that these can be used on a WoodShaper. Since the blades are tighten down with a bolt and they do fit the shaper have you ever used one or know of anyone using one in this form? Thank you for sharing your knowledge looking forward to seeing more videos.
Welcome and thank you for the note! Those blocks are still around at yardsales but are pretty old school and not precisely made. I know people managed to tweak them and get ok results with them, but they are not a very safe design. If you're new to spindle moulders, by far the best way to start is with a small limiter block that takes different knives. My most used block is my small Whitehill combi head that is both a rabbit/rebate block and a limiter head in one. Safe kit and top knotch quality.
I ordered a block That takes different knives a small one 2 inch I believe from Grizzly and I’m planning on getting a tongue and groove cutter heads package.
I'm not sure who makes them, but in North America they're sold through Felder. Like a bunch of their shaper tooling, I doubt Felder makes them. A little clunker than the Aigner kit but about 15% of the price!

I right now have a 3 hp Grizzly shaper and 3/4 hp feeder. Do these heads make multiple cutter blade profiles?

I would have never thought of gluing panels for shaping and ripping them.
Very handy for narrow panels, and a lot easier to run-through the machine with good results.

I got the metal components of that fence from Felder, but I'm not sure they make them. They come with instructions and drawings.
