    Your videos are comforting on so many levels. First of all, for the hope you send our way; secondly, for explaining what is going on within us and last, but not least, watching Quinn develop from a young man with a baseball cap to a full grown man with a beard. It's like watching your favorite grandson grow up.

    Gods word tells us Faith comes by hearing by hearing the word of God. So whatever you fill your life with that is exactly what you will harvest. If your life is crap look at what you hear, watch, what you read, evil communications corrupts good manners " and most of all the people in your life. Theres 10.0 percent of your problems!! The other 90.% is YOU!!

    I'm listening at work. I have been practicing for about 10 days. Here's an improvement, at work I do all of the filing. One drawer is awkward to access. It's at floor level and next to my boss's desk, will very little space to open it. In the past, last week actually, it was very painful to do this task. So much I avoided it altogether for a couple of weeks as getting up was excruciating and I felt unsteady.
    Surprise today, as I did it today, I did it easily , no pain😂!

    I got halfway through the podcast and I had to finally comment. All of those healing crisis that you mentioned being a blessing in disguise, I have been experiencing for 25+ years. I recognized the what I now call “temporary discomfort towards permanent resolutions.” And the journey continues as there are more layers, or sometimes, as I have referred to as more stuff in my closet, that I am pulling out and releasing. I heard this quote many years ago during my massage training and finally found out who said it.
    Tara Brach said “our issues are in our tissues.” Thanks for sharing all this, as it’s comforting to know that others understand this journey, and are finding ways to heal and help others, which I am doing as well. Looking forward to more information on this Block Therapy and may be interested in becoming an instructor, as I am constantly working with fascia in a variety of ways, and always searching for more ways to move the fascia and get it pliable and back into alignment. Thanks again and keep up this great great exploration of the human body!!!

    i just started doing the “big six” lymph node drainage technique and now i have spots all over my body showing up where toxins want to leave. this is insane!
    and it’s even more wild because you saying something about “moles” is what made me look into doing…something. and then lymph node draining found me on TH-cam. the leg that was getting all these new moles is the most interesting part of my body. there are so many spots forming.
    i have also have been doing fascia work on my jaw and neck. deep breathing for 3 minutes as i trigger point hold the tension.
    this is incredible!

      i also have been had vomiting, nausea, fatigue, loss of appetite.
      i managed to drain my submandibular glands and now my mouth is overflowing with saliva. i’ve had a hard time digesting anything since my saliva had been low. for whatever reason - guessing bc those glands were being blocked or something. i also developed a clogged saliva duct on the bottom of my mouth that formed a growth before all of this.

    Yes! I had a very traumatic life event happen in December 2020 and my whole body got this horrific rash. It actually would appear every year after at the same time of year, which would be right now, this year I got maybe two spots. I attribute this to internal healing, manual lymphatic drainage, yoga, and of course Block Therapy💖 love you guys Thanks for all the info, all of your videos are so fascinating.

    I almost broke my neck in two when i was 7 balancing a headstand against the wall on the bed when my cousin suddenly jumped in bounced on it and my entire alignment was off since that sprain. My neck was literally hanging towards one side, i couldnt even lift it into centre. I went to a bone specialist of some kind who "fixed" it but it still wasn't the same. I could see my tshirt always sliding off to one side especially in passport pictures. That spilled over to my teenage puberty phase where my hips started clicking, had terrible cramps every month like i was going to die. Finally i hit my mid-20s and my knee (on one side) started hurting so much i would be limping if i was out and about for more than 4 hours on my feet. I had no idea what was happening to my body and i simply attributed it to work stress not knowing (or could care less) a single thing about skeletal muscles, joints, or alignment at that time.
    Then i went on vacation soon after my first few knee pain episodes, and heard a friend mentioning in passing about a ridiculously hard hot yoga class (bikram yoga) which i then spontaneously decided to sign up for a 1-year unlimited pass when i went back home. Did not carry any expectations at all. I just needed a distraction for my pain. Didn't research further cause i did not want to chicken out with bad reviews and unnecessary scary stories. Within 1 month, that knee and hip issue promptly went away. In 3 months, i could even do a split when my body opened up fully for me. I could backbend to see and almost reach for my ankles. Active deep tissue stretching in high heat was the best thing i've ever stumbled upon and done for tearing down every inch of blockage in my body and then reconfiguring all the connective tissues to rebuild from scratch again. It was like a "incredible-hulk moment" having to grow out of his feeble human-self bursting out of its skin to grow those new muscles and strength like the powerful beast he truly was inside. Painful at first but worth every bit. It was a rebirth.
    I practiced 5 times/week for 90 minutes straight each session for 3 years straight as my foundation to override every wrong i did in the first 25 years of my life. As i got more and more flexible, and my body back to (almost) perfect alignment, i slowly introduced resistance weight training for strength and also high interval training workouts for my cardio. Never had the same muscle aching or soreness like i did when i was young(er) where i could not even get out of bed if i had a hard workout of any kind. No more monthly excruciating stomach period cramps as well. 10 years later in my journey, i can honestly say I really wouldn't trade this body i have today for my "younger" teenage self. I learned that our body only really "age" with neglect and abuse and not time. Most people go through degeneration, not ageing. If done right, it's really something that you get dividends on daily and only compounds to get better and better. Especially for strength, flexibility, and agility. Bone and muscle density. I now have no pains and zero injuries of any kind with conscious proper alignment anymore.
    I might scape my knee or elbows every so often, if i do stunts like cartwheels on cement floor or accidentally trip and fall when I'm doing explosive plyometrics movements but i heal like Wolverine so it doesn't even bother me at all. Understanding what fascia and proper breathing is, was probably the most important key pieces that connected the dots how everything is linked and works. I'm so grateful to have found that piece of knowledge. Hearing you talk about this really reminds me how far i've come to get to this point and i know it will only get better. Our body is the most sophisticated and intelligent machine that works 24/7 for us, and not against. We only need to use the right tools and ingredients to build it correctly. Thank you for all that you do. I hope others will come to learn one day as I did too just how powerful we are in the ability to heal and regenerate.

      Thank you for sharing your story. We are truly powerful and the body can heal if we give it what it needs. Fascia loves the heat as well. I'm glad you were able to rebuild yourself after that initial injury.

    Bernard Jensen mentioned about a healing crisis in his detox book. I wondered what is that for awhile. Then one day, it became clear what it was. It is clearing out old stuff that was stuck in our body mostly in the fascia

    Only been doing for 10 days but has really helped my spine (car injury 23 years ago when 9 months pregnant). I've had 2 mornings when I've awoken with extreme dizziness & nausea, actually sick but just bile (awful). A long sleep & woke feeling fine. I'm expecting more of this but it's well worth it. Better than yoga & the thousands I've spent at clinics. Thank you.

    Ive been blocking for 25 days now with a rolled up towel( ill be ordering block buddies and starter program this week) i felt great like i was walking better felt lighter , healthier, calmer. All the good stuff until yesterday. Day 24. I could barely walk and was in so much pain literally from head to toe. Even laying down was still painful. Also feel very congested and body temperature all over the place. Is this to be expected when doing block therapy? Did i go too deep? Should i keep going ?

    • @Fluidisometrics
      @Fluidisometrics  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi! It sounds like you may be going through a healing crisis. This can happen as we block and move toxins out. Try doing the belly position only until this passes. When you are ready you can increase the positions slowly. Make sure to hydrate well. You will feel better on the other side of this! k

    Can you guide me please can we shrink a 10cm uterine fibroid with this block therapy. Along with herbs, will this be helpful ?

      Hi there! Blocking has been known to shrink fibroids and cysts. It can only help as we melt through restrictions allowing proper oxygenated/healing blood flow to get to areas previously blocked. The Starter Program is where you need to start:

    How about enemas or senna tea to assist liver during healing crisis? Have you used that? Do you have an opinion on it?

    • @calista1280
      @calista1280 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @bintz1823,
      Enemas can be dangerous and are completely unnecessary. Your body wants to function efficiently. Just feed it well, with healthy organic foods. Avoid processed & refined foods and sugars. It's important to drink lots of water, some mineral waters too, to flush out toxins every day.
      Keto is good, but if you can go Carnivore with IF-Intermittent Fasting, all the better! You'll be amazed at how light and energetic you're going to feel!
      The rest is reconnecting with your body thru Tai Chi, Yoga, Breathwork, Grounding, walking in Nature etc to allow it to let the emotional trauma emotions to flow thru and out of your system...
