    I had looked my whole life for an "exercise" that actually worked. I finally found it in the Block Therapy and I am very happy about it. Thank you Deanna and Quin for your unique work.

    This is exactly what I have been wondering about. I’m sort of missing my regular workout but, just doesn’t feel right . Seems that blocking is all my body really wants these days. Like I wonder if I’ll ever go back to my total gym….you guys bring a lot of goodness.

    N.E.A.T...non exercise active thermogenisis ... Dr Ellen Langer did a great study on how teaching the brain to view everyday activities as exercise actually makes people healthier (in her study it was on housekeepers who thought they didn't "exercise " but spent their entire days do physical tasks)

    Thank you for this podcast!! You guys have answered all of my questions that I’ve had regarding when to block, whether to be warm or cold to block, etc. I’m a 3rd year ballroom dance student suffering from Achilles tendonitis and tennis elbow on both arms. I just started Block therapy and I feel hopeful that I will continue dancing way into old age!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

    What Quinn said about the lose the butt, collapse of the rib cage, ballooning gut up to the dowager’s hump….that is exactly what happened within the last 20 years!!
    Should I focus on the posture series to address this?

    Within the medical approach fascia has been ignored. Funny that it seems to be the key to lasting wellness and longevity ❤

    Amazing..do you guys know about what year give or take that the world finally made the realization about the fascia and how important it is?

    • @Fluidisometrics
      @Fluidisometrics  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I believe the first world fascia conference was in 2007. Deanna was there. Her realization of fascia and its effect on the body started in 2000.

    Is there a best time of day to do blocking therapy? And why can’t I buy the blocks separately to use with the sampler?

    • @Fluidisometrics
      @Fluidisometrics  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi there! You can do Block Therapy at any time of day. Included in the Starter Program we provide videos on how to properly use the blocks, which is why you must first purchase the Starter Package to be able to obtain the blocks. If you would like some more information please visit this link: blocktherapy.com/starer-package-store/

      Yes, it is very common that we have been told to hold in our bellies and this is actually not healthy for us. If you want to try the free stress reliever video that can help go here. blocktherapy.com/about/

    I had a fall and developed 23cm surface. Vein thrombosis. On 6 weeks of blood thinners. Off them now. Should I walk more?? I am told. Parts of the long bloody clot can break away. What's best form to do. Thank you

      @Fluidisometrics  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Sorry to hear about your fall. Walking is a good form of exercise. Blocking can be helpful too. You might want to try the Sampler program to see if it was beneficial for you. blocktherapy.com/sampler-program/

    My understanding is that one will lose the muscle acquired within 3 weeks. Moderation may need to be endorsed as a compromise for "too much" to "nothing"?
