    Loved your integration of metaphysical and quantum healing into the block therapy practice. Sounds like it's time for block therapy guided quntum healing meditations. Great to see you both rested, refreshed and re-energized!

    I love listening to you both. You remind me how singing was a wonderful way to start the school day as a child - we did this from aged 4-11 years and the abrupt cessation of this practice when I entered high school was really notable. I missed it a lot. In later life am trying to find my voice anew as a practice and am just starting out, noting my relationship to my diaphragm when producing sound is mixed. It feels like fighting for my life to reconnect with and strengthen this foundational, fundamental relationship to physical self and spirit. 🙏🙂

    I feel limited in everything. Connecting and treating my body correctly. Not getting where I want with finding meaningful, planet helping work. Unable to find the resources needed to fix my house. Stuck in the cycle of not enough money. I try to eat organic, but can do nothing about the mold in my house. It comes from the old, leaky roof and old, leaky pipes. I am always stressed by Work, home and my relationship. I come from stressed parents. My mom was always stressed, even pregnant with me. I want to fix me, fix my life, house and be able to convert those skills to help others. But right now I am drowning! Depression swamps me every day. Thank you for the video.

      I'm sorry you are hurting at the moment. Watch this video and try it using a rolled towel in place of the block buddy. Hold the position for 5 minutes. Do this daily. This position has many benefits:

    I really enjoy you both and your guests. I learn a lot. A topic : does this process work on surrounding areas where hardware exists in the body. For example, I have plates in both legs in the tibia. Back of calves need releasing. Yes?
    And questions : what benefits are gained from the 3 minutes between each toe & finger? And, does it matter if all all 20 are 0:10 done at the same time Does it matter if it’s at the same time like when watching a movie? Thank you for the direction. Very happy you two had great trips. Getting Flook’s book and experimenting with my water too 💕👏

    • @Fluidisometrics
      @Fluidisometrics  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hi Kim! Yes it does work where internal hardware is involved. We have multiple people in our group with pins and screws etc, experiencing great results. Back of calves definitely require releasing.
      The toe work affects everything up the chain as we are connected from head to toe. The fascia is the tightest in the feet so we want to release that hold. Ideally you would want to do one space at a time. Some people have used thin dowels and worked one toe spacing on each foot. That would mean 12 minutes total versus 24 minutes. If you do it while watching TV you won't even notice the time flying by.

      @@Fluidisometrics Thank you so much. I just explained all this to 2 of my physical therapists today. Go figure❤️. I use a pencil like you suggested in between fingers and toes My rheumatologist was happily surprised I gained strength in my hands to use fingers as well with a lot of pressure. I did displace a left rib on the far side. I admit, it was agony and still is not better after a month. I’ve done hot packs, hot epsom baths, hot tubs, natural hot springs and pressure for 3 minutes a few times and the towel a few times a week. I wish there was a video showing someone screaming like me lol. I understand from all I’ve learned that this is normal. I also understand that it’s most likely severe misalignment or worse in my right neck & shoulder. I sleep on the right as well with more body weight I’d like for now🥰. I’m plugging away. I also have had 24/7 oxygen since hospitalized with COVID about 18 months ago. Since doing block therapy, I don’t use oxygen much during the day and finally am starting to be a conscious breather👏👏
      One day I may be a valuable poster adult, success story and/or a trainer. All the best. Namaste! Love, Kim 🌺🌈☘️

    What if you had fasciectomy on your infraspinatus fascia to relive muscle knots? Is it possible to heal and grow the fascia again? What exercises or therapy would you recommend? Thanks in advance

    • @Fluidisometrics
      @Fluidisometrics  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi there. Fascia will grow back. Your body creates the fascia to heal injury like an incision to close the area. However there will be scar tissue, which causes a restriction to blood flow to and around the area. Block Therapy helps address this.
      If you are interested and want to start Block Therapy, then you would want to purchase the Starter Program. Here is the link along with
      everything you get with this purchase:
      blocktherapy.com/starer-package-store/
      Starter Program comes with:
      - Block Buddy
      - 12 classes - approximately 30 mins in length that cover the entire body
      - Educational videos
      - pdf's of all positions
      - Breast and Lung Health virtual intensive
      - Access to the free monthly classes
      - A 7 day free trial in the membership
      All of the above is yours for life, with the exception of the free trial in membership.
