What is the toque speck of the stock DLC espresso burrs? I want to know for alignment. Thanks in advance!

There is no need to remove the augur to replace the rotating burr - i cut my fingers multiple times on the sharp augur threads trying to do that. If you see other how-to videos on YT, there is a way to remove the rotating burr without removing the augur. Please be safe!
