The reason behind this is because you are not using the proper form and technique or not choosing the weights that are appropriate for you. Try to stick to a few basic exercises consistently over a period of time, and be patient enough to give yourself some time until you start seeing the results. In this video, I have explained the form and techniques of five basic exercises for the shoulder. Try not to skip the video and watch it completely. Also, do share it with your family and friends.

1. Do we need to do dumbell shoulder press and military press coz it targeting the same muscle groups for shoulder ? Or it target different part of shoulder ?
2. Is it okay to do seated military press instead of standing press for people who have some minor back issue ?

Monday: chest and triceps ( when you workout chest triceps will be engaged )
Tue: Back and biceps ( when you workout back biceps wil be engaged)
Wed: shoulder is enough
Thursday: Arms ( both biceps and triceps)
Friday : leg is enough or you can do abs also
Sat : continue the process oru do abs itself
