  • In this episode I talk about friendships. I will take you through what friendships looked like for me before I moved here, what has changed, and how I’m making new connections here now.
I’ll also talk about how we change over the years in the way we make friends and the way we find the right people for us.
This episode was recorded with enormous love to all my friends here and there. I’m grateful for having you in my life.

It's delightful how each video reveals a new layer of your personality, Hadar. In this episode, I see your creativity in forging connections, broadening your professional horizons, and your nurturing spirit as a loving mom, creating a cozy haven for your daughters where they learn the beauty of embracing life's moments. May your aspirations manifest swiftly. Cheering you along the way! 😊

Hi Hadar! You’re not only an amazing English teacher but also you’re a great person who explains genuinely all her feelings about the relocation, trying to have new friends, plans in this new country, all your excitement and everything :) I’ve been through the same experience for the last 2 years. I started to live in the USA. I can understand how you feel about this. Gladly, you started this business and I found you :)

You help a lot of people who struggle day by day in the learning process of a foreign language, especially in a foreign country. I totally agree with the steps you mentioned to achieve goals; it is very important to have small wins in this journey. Thank you for sharing your challenges with us. Good luck always.

I've been taking the approach of catching and releasing friends.
This approach fosters a healthier perspective on social interactions and friendships:
    1. Acceptance of Change: Acknowledging that people grow and change, and so do their relationships. This acceptance can reduce feelings of disappointment or rejection when a friendship doesn't develop as hoped or when a once-close friend drifts away.
    2. Living in the Moment: By focusing on the gratitude for the connection while it lasted, you appreciate the present moments without overly fixating on the future of the relationship. This can lead to more genuine and fulfilling interactions.
    3. Openness to Future Possibilities: Understanding that releasing someone from your immediate circle doesn't mean forever closing the door on that relationship. Paths may cross again in the future, and the connection could be rekindled or take a different form.
    4. Personal Growth and Well-being: It prioritizes your emotional well-being by recognizing when it's time to move on from a relationship that no longer serves you. This can free up emotional energy to invest in friendships that are reciprocal and fulfilling.
    5. Quality Over Quantity: It shifts the focus from trying to hold onto every acquaintance to cherishing those friendships that are truly meaningful and mutually beneficial.

But you being a teacher and influencer, an international figure by nature will soon have things under control. Give it a bit more time. Stay blessed.

Wow Hadar!!! so many novoties! Y'know everything is new for you right now and our nature our biology need safeness, safety is a powerful driver for us human being, that aspect make us survive for thousands of years long. So I would like to bring up one intresting cientific fact and this is: When we approach self chenges or self development we usually get stuck cuz our environment remind us all the time about our old self-version, so knowing that, you have a nice window of opportunity. Don't hurry up to fulfili you walls, let a total new Hadar come out, cuz in other hand you will bring your old life to a new county. So my friend I am really enjoing this new format of podcast. That helps me a lot in my own jorney, really! I wish you the best and I can not wait for the next one...One big Hi from São Paulo Brazil, Take care and Peace!!!!!!

Another great episode! Making friends can be a more complex process when you're older. However, many elderly people develop meaningful and satisfying friendships even in their advanced years. The experience and maturity gained over the years can facilitate the development of deeper and more meaningful relationships. It's always just a damn matter of mindset, isn't it? 😅

I've read this phrase in spanish and I thought that you would love it. It's about the importance of your thoughts:
“«Ha sido establecido científicamente, que el abejorro no puede volar. Su cabeza es demasiado grande y sus alas demasiado pequeñas para sostener su cuerpo. Según las leyes aerodinámicas, sencillamente no puede volar. Pero nadie se lo ha dicho al abejorro. Así es que vuela».”

And I’d like to clear out that your new Relocation Diaries IS RELEVANT, USEFUL & RELATABLE; even entertaining! ✨
When we in life have to move to another country it probably becomes the hardest thing we did/to do in our entire lives, and the actual moving is just the beginning & also the hardest part… but it gets better afterwards, and it’s all worth it.
You’ll thrive once again Hadar ♥ I can see it already, you can do anything. Love girl 😘 & all the best 🍀🍀 🍀
