When I have contradictory emotions, I watch and hear your pod-cast and I feel better. I'm serious.
    See U next friday, Hadar.
No dejes nunca de sonreir. que me encanta tu sonrisa.

Hadar, thank you for sharing your emotions with us.
I have had the same experience before as well. And my result is that I am not courage enough to face my heart, I might have done things in the way that would benefit me rather than the way I really want. I just hide my real thoughts and act in the reason way. This kind of life make my heart unsettle and meaningless sometimes.

When I have multiple emotions, I try to be quiet, and hunting. I mean, I "observe" what I am feeling and thinking, and when I "see" a good one, I catch it and try to retain it as longer I can. 😊 Enjoy the city, I love it!! 🤗

Wow Hadar, what I do to deal with mixed emotions is do excercise, sometimes I cook, but most of the times I am on my own until the sadness I feel fades away.
And I also try not to show my children I'm depressed ,even though I'm not a depressive person.
I know Israel is undergoing a hard time. I hope this ends very soon.
Thank you for sharing your feelings with us.

Thanks Hadar! It's really powerful what you're doing on sharing your feelings and life experience. Watching and listening to My Relocation Diaries makes feel good. I can totally relate to your feelings. I'm looking forward for you to start using Spanish words in your stories. ;) I heard that telenovelas have helped a lot of Israelis to learn Spanish.

I am so grateful and delighted with each episode of relocation diaries, I really meant it!! Each time I watch your videos, these and the English ones 😄 I feel hopeful and happy to know that someone has achieved a bunch of things just by believing in herself. Thanks, Hadar, I feel more secure and confident after watching your content! Btw I moved to another country like you so, I feel you!

Another excellent episode, Hadar! ❤I completely understand when you say you prefer going to local cafes when traveling instead of famous attractions. I love learning how to be a local when I travel. Thanks for sharing your experience dealing with the rollercoaster of emotions that come with big changes.

Very interesting. Thank you for sharing. This is part of being alive. The whole spectrum of emotions. In a way, we should be appreciative of our ability to experience all of them. There's many people who cannot, who have been numb for years and would give the world to be able to have this if only for a day. Even the negative ones. Although, ofc, we only want the positive ones.
Also, I'm thinking about the benefit of sharing this for your team actually when they're watching. Kudos for being so transparent. It's not always easy

Yeah Hadar, I couldn't agree more!
At one point in time a good friend told me that our heart function like a countdown timer. Y'know when we were born it comes with a couple thousands of beats and as we get thoughout life these beats hearts start to diminish...so when we get worry and uneasy we speedy up our heart frequency and as a result we attenuate our life span. How much what are hurting you is worth? Cuz in the end of the line, lifes currency is time. That led to think, There are a lot of situation we can not avoid ...but even though we can decide how big it will get on your life. So Guys don't let the unpleasent situation get too big in you life. Give it the size it worth and live loger. So Hadar I really enjoyd that. One big Hi From São Paulo, Brazil. Take care and peace!!!

Immigrating and learning a new language require a lot of brain’s energy. I don’t actually always go out because I feel so tired after my normal routine. I just want to rest and sleep 2-3 times a day. When your home country is under war or catastrophic circumstances, for an immigrant is even overwhelm because part of you doesn’t allow you to just rest in the peace of your environment. Here, I allow myself also to not be strict to a routine or pattern that I had in my homeland (pattern of eating time, pattern of sleeping time, pattern of eating food, pattern of community, pattern of dressing code, pattern of living..) I feel I’m more relaxed.. I tell myself that it is okay to just relax in something that I would normally act in a more proactive way.

Hi Hardar, thank you for your latest episode. Swimming and ice-skating always make me happier, and some ideas come to mind during those moments. Sometimes, I listen to your podcast, and it feels like you're accompanying me. Thank you again.

Dear Hadar, thank you for sharing. I totally understand you and, surprisingly, some of your tools to deal with complexed emotions work for me as well. Nevertheless , I've realised that they are not too effective for me right now due to deep sadness and feeling of some kind lack of hope - you know all the news .But - I do what I can do in order to change the situation and there is a lot of us. That makes me happy.) Big hug from Ashdod)

I've finally found someone who has the same opinion about the craft. I don't like it either. When my sons were little, I offered them to do anything they wanted, just please, please no crafts😅. Scissors, needels, glue, paper....horror items for me😂

"Un café negro con/sin azúcar, por favor. " Very cosmopolitan, watch out for the Don Juan who finds himself irresistible and doesn't take no for an answer.
