This is one of the most genuine beautiful humans I’ve ever seen on the internet!!!
His nuggets of wisdom are like those of a wise old man and it’s clear he is having such an impact in this world, and has surely changed the way I perceive attorneys!!!! 💗

and it can negatively affect many others as well. When you grow and learn but those around you don't, you better be ready with patience, if you dont have the patience, you will begin to condescend

This is very true but don't overlook that aside from a marital relationship most relationships whether friends, coworkers, even family members and certainly bosses, supervisors etc are not always between two people of equal status so one person is often more motivated to resolve the conflict in a mutually beneficial way. Its not to say the other person doesn't care at all but even if they care about you and even claim to love you their ego is far more Important than the relationship so they are far more willing to roll the dice n jeopardize the relationship especially if they think and perhaps if there has been a pattern of one person( lower status person) being tje one initiating recomcilliation.

Jefferson, I totally caught your advice in how to be more believable in this segment. I heard the "right?" saw your head nod and it was great. I love the parts about the kids, your kids that you talked about, it makes me a feel so whole and know your such a good dad! (I know there is greatness in the world, I will forever believe that.) I come to you from an adversity of lymphoma that I had in 2020, I'm all good now however I am since turning over a new leaf. I am empathic, and while I always knew that I carried great communication abilities, what I didn't know was how to assert myself respectfully and own my "how, what, why, my boundaries my values, story". I have learned so much from you, and I can't thank you enough. I envy your upbringing with parents of strong words and diplomacy. I had parents who didn't know how to respond to the emotional needs I needed as a child. They did their best with what they had though, now through learning this it only fuels my curiosity of wisdom in every part of my life. Oh and I definitely related to the bad hair day, which was a most insightful analogy for me. I think of these things all of the time, I have never learned how to put them into words. Thank you again Jefferson, Thank you Kimberly!! I am so glad you got to have the chance to meet with him. How amazing! Thank you both for your time.

How the actual fuck is this my life at 44?
    - Forever perpetually alone and single (never ever been in a real relationship)
    - Never ever had a real friend
    - Poverty
    - Diabetic
    - Lonely and alone
    - Frumpty-dumpty (everyone thinks I'm so old)
    - Child-less
    - No family of my own
I'm in hell and there's no escape.
I'm drowning in grief and rage.
    My soul is raped.
    I am traumatized and paralyzed.
I was a child, in so much pain, abused, bullied,
minimal to no support, just doing my best.
    What a miracle
to be able to feel such rage and grief.
    So beautiful.
    So wild.
    So gorgeous.
    So intense.
    So loving, so kind.
    So free.
    PRAYER:
    Lord, I pray for healing:
physically, emotionally, mentally, psychologically, and spiritually,
In JESUS' name: break every chain, stronghold, yoke,
every generational curse, and all witchcraft, and spell work.
Holy Spirit, anoint me: from the top of my head to the soles of my feet.
Release me, completely, from every darkness looming around me, in Jesus' name.
Shine your light, your healing, your saving grace, and power over me.
And FILL me with YOUR AGAPE LOVE and grace.
I speak peace over my heart and mind and soul and body, in JESUS' name.
So be it. So it is. Praise be to God. Hallelujah!
Thank you, God, for Guiding me with your love and light!
Thank you, God, for Surrounding me with your love and light!
Thank you, God, for Protecting me with your love and light!
Thank you, God, for Imbuing me with your love and light!
Thank you, God, for Cloaking me with your love and light!

Jeff makes sense...very logical. I like his short insta clips! Wondering, thoughts to talk with friends (in their 50s) that use too much weed and now using DMT...is this not an escalation? how to approach them that these substances are not inert and can have serious consequences down the road...how do i bring that up? or do i just distance myself?
