Actually they eat very good food as you said..zero sugar and very little salt. Veggies and fruits and nuts. They have good immune system. But i am scared if they get fat because of eating cream in curd.
@@sitamahalakshmipatham4802 good to hear that they eat veggies, fruits and no sugar. Those are great habits. curd already has some fat and curd is very healthy for gut health. Try to minimize the cream on the curd. What cream do you all on top ?
@@sitamahalakshmipatham4802 Buffalo milk has more fat than cow milk in general. Do dilute it with water and make curd. Or add water to curd like buttermilk. Over all curd is more healthier than other things.

@@DrSasapu i use buffalo milk some sid farm milk we get these days in India online. U se that milk to make curd. It has 6 fat content in milk
