    Thank you very much for your information but I am a type 2 diabetic I fallowed fruit diet I become very slim and week. I am sharing my exp I used to take 4 fruits no other intake in BF then Fallowed non veg diet I took bone soup it gave me immense energy . My diabetic was very normal
