I bought the CX-70 Turbo Premium S with the higher output 6 and all of your comments are right in line with my experience. While not for everyone (and no car really is) this car suits my needs perfectly and I look forward to driving it every day. Love my CX-70.
AFAIK the engine noise is not fake, they basically channel this noise inside the cabin. So the noise is real but not audible from outside because of the isolation

So looks like Mazda has to refine the drivetrain and soften up the chassis to make it good. Hope they do it with a facelift
What's interesting is that in Europe, Mazda did a suspension recall and replaces shocks for softer ones for free.
