My IS has a rough idle when going to a stop. Bounces down to 500 and car sounds like it’s about to shut off. Sometimes turning on the car takes a long crank…do you think cleaning the throttle would help?
Try the idle reset. There's a couple guys that have done videos about this. If that doesn't do anything then try cleaning the throttle body. Not wanting to start is strange, Google the symptoms and there may be a forum has talked about it.
I have a 2013 Lexus GS 350 after setting it on for a long time I crank it and RPM goes up to 2000 and goes down above the thousand something but when the car is completely warm the RPM are just perfectly fine do you think the throttle body is dirty? It has 86,000 miles.
My idle has been all over the place ever since I’ve owned this car. There is a procedure to reset your idle. Search Lexus idol reset on here. 5 to 600 RPM is normal

Take it off and clean both sides. You can mess up the flap calibration by pushing it like that

What about cleaning the back side of the throttle body? What would be a reason you wouldn’t t just remove clean and reinstall
When you open the flap and wipe it you clean both sides. You can spray some on a tooth brush and brush it then spray some on the towel and wipe it off
