Hey. I was led to your channel by your bio. You are kitzykat, right? I really appreciate one of your biggest works, Adiemus. It featured many inspirational links to good music on TH-cam. I could visualize the story in my head, and my heart was lightened very much. I understand that I could have been led to the wrong place, and we are way past Christmas. But my one hope is that you may find a little time to go back to “Adiemus” and finish it up... even if it takes one chapter. Oh my, this makes me very happy... you don't even understand. I kind of gave up on Adiemus because I felt like no one cared for it as I did, or that I couldn't help people understand the feelings it was supposed to convey. It's very complicated and sometimes I feel like I'm not a good enough writer to accurately portray everything I know I need to. You know when you have a vision and it has to be like that or it's just wrong? It's like that... The story is very overwhelming for me, but in a really good way... I do want to continue with it I just figured it had sunk down into the depths of Fanfiction never to be brought into the light... I will definitely try to write some more and maybe get a chapter out there... What do you think about the 3rd person idea? I don't really want to write the entire thing in 3rd person because that wasn't intended for the story... but I figured it may help people get into it easier and understand things better, however it just doesn't flow with 3rd as I'd love for it to...
Also, I am so very sorry I haven't updated it. My heart can't take investing time into it because I think I care about it a little too much for me to work on it and feel like no one loves it like I do... so I just left it sitting there... I will genuinely try to get some more content on it out, if not for me... for you.
If you want to make the switch into third person, that’d be totally fine. I have read through about twice or thrice now. Both perspectives actually have their perks. (Personally, to switch to third person rather than 2nd or first would lose the personal feeling, but it can be traded for better understanding of all the main characters!
Don’t feel bad about what you have accomplished at any time. If you’d like, I can Beta read and vice versa. I have a “Girl Meets World” Story I put down because I didn’t know where to take it. And... I’m not the best of writers... you can check that out from the author C_man215, I believe. Don’t be afraid to PM, or whatever other contact information you might need/want. I suppose my consensus now is to keep it 2nd since it will make the story flow more and I don't have to do anything extra. I love the personal feeling which is the reason I did the 2nd person. I want the reader to experience both the child-like innocence and the intelligent ferocity that Kirby has in my story. I'm rereading it right now to get a good idea of what I need to do. I do see some things that I need to fix and I really want to rework zarabanda a.
