    Iv gone from beeing a drug addict who drank daily to the healthiest Iv been in years im so grateful for the help this man has given me… in waiting on my chia seeds to sit in water for 20 mins then having my sea moss warm water lime and sea salt and my whole diet now is healthy people keep complimenting how healthy I look my skin everything is improving so much I can feel my insides finally getting the nutrients and rest it needs

    I believe it was no accident i came across your videos today. I believe you are going to save my life. I am a 2 stroke victim, age 56, was once very active and athletic and now classified as obese. I had no idea that what i was doing wrong was not what i was eating, but what I WASNT. I have my new grocery list by listening to many of your videos and looking forward to regaining my health. thank you for caring so much about people you have never or will never meet. God Bless you!

    Love this guy. His mission to improve the lives of others has inspired me to share this, my recipe for a Super Healthy, Super Yummy chia seed fix: can either be served cold as a smoothie or brought to the boil for a delicious morning porridge.😋
    Soak 1 - 1 and a half tbsp of rinsed chia seeds in 3/4 of a cup of almond milk overnight.
    Add tablespoon each of sunflower and pumpkin seeds, mixed organic nuts of choice, and chopped dates, I grind all these in my poor long-suffering blender if making porridge.
    Add half a teaspoon each of ground ginger and cinnamon plus quarter teaspoon of nutmeg, (I've a small jar of these 3 premixed),
    Add a little organic fruit of choice. If, like me, you've eliminated sugar,
    frozen banana and kiwifruit best. If making porridge, I also often add a little turmeric and a grind or two of black pepper, for absorption, but no more than half a teaspoon of tumeric, or the whole flavour becomes skewed 😞
    So there we; again, blend and slurp as a smoothie or heat and spoon as a porridge, 😋 and 'twill keep you satisfied for hours 😊 Cheers.

    my favorite afternoon snack ----4 table spoons of seeds soaked over night in unsweetened coconut milk (8 to 12 oz) with 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp ginger powder

    Thank you, thank you for sharing your insight, knowledge and findings. I have tried Chia seeds in the past on and off because it was told to me that, it is healthy. Never did any research on it or was given the nutritional facts. You have opened up my mind and given me ways to use it. I will definitely get back on the Chia band wagon.

    You DON'T need to put Chia Seeds in the Frig, if you get the Organic Chia Seeds. Put them in a cool place is fine.

    I have never soaked my chia seeds. I just sprinkle them on my eggs every day. I also put sauerkraut, garlic powder and nutritional yeast on those eggs as well, making them a super healthy meal.

    I have just started listening to this man and it was crazy how I came about this. I have been really sick and I was praying for some kind of healing all of a sudden this screen pops up on my TLC google tv that says to clear mucus and phlegm do this 😮 I start listening and NOW I HAVE SO MUCH INFORMATION ON MY ISSUES BUT ALSO HOW TO CORRECT THEM.     Just started chia seeds regular 2 teaspoon in water bottle every morning it feels me up until like 2pm I had been putting in my smoothie for a while but didnt never no the benefits but now I rarely do smoothie just drink the bottle in AM thanks for video it be shared

    Thank you Dr Mandel. Yes I do not take supplements at all. I grow most of my vegetables & sometimes get organic ones from neighboring houses. Therefore I enjoy the greatest of health at the age of 68. Your information is invaluable.

    I have Chia seed twice a day. I eat healthy and had constipation issues, not anymore. Taking the Chia seed twice a day has made my stomach shrink down in size but I haven't lost any weight!

    Thank you so much for the info....I have been eating tbsp dry Chia on my eggs mixed with raw veggies. I am 70 years of age and gee, I have not keep in frig, my I have lot to learn, ty again! Coming from Jakarta over looking miles of beauty great view of south Jakarta.

    Once per week I toss together: a pack of quinoa, a pack of chia seeds, lots of veggie: carrots, spinach, celery, brussel sprouts, etc. lots of coconut oil, butter, seasoning in a huge pot. I turn the heat to very low and let it all simmer for as long as it takes to cook the veggies and dry out all the water generated by the veggies. When it cools I parcel out into small containers and this way I have a meal I can quickly heat and enjoy. I like it so much I sometimes have this for breakfast and dinner.
