I think the reference is from the show panty and stocking. Their catchphrase is "Repent mutherfucker" correct me if I'm wrong about anything though.
Actually, it's an English dub quote from a kinda(?) 'magical girl' anime called 'Panty and Stocking'.

The Yharon is a reference to the calamity mod for terraria. considering that is in there, I think the "burst" sniper may also be a reference, because it looks like the scarlet devil weapon from the same mod.

Yharon is a boss right after killing the Devourer of Gods and is a dragon, the weapon itself is a reference to the flame pillars he spawns in one of his attacks, and the red text is a reference to the song that plays when you are fighting him. I'm an absolute nerd for calamity and i LOVE this so much dude, please give calamity terraria a chance off stream joltz :)
The Yharon rocket launcher is a reference to a boss in calamity terraria.
The Burst is a reference to a boss with the same name from the game Furi - iconic quote, funky boss and an amazing game - im suprised nobody caught that yet, but it fits qutie well as the game is a bullet hell, the boss who uses that weapon is also a sniper, and same colour theme too

One of the best things a mod could add would be a custom Characters mod for all the classes from bl1, scaled and added skills expanding their original designs. I know that borderlands is difficult to mod, but maybe copying and editing the existing characters could work, you would need some kind of custom Characters Movements, atleast for first person view.

The unmaker is a doom reference, it’s in doom 64 and eternal. In 64 collecting 3 keys fully empowers it.

I think the Damocles might be a reference to the Binding of Isaac's Damocles, which is another high-risk high-reward item. In Isaac it gives you double items at the cost of potentially killing you once you take damage, whereas here you get huge weapon stats at the cost of dying instantly once entering FFYL.

i think that the glitch gun as a whole being made in BL2 is a small but also huge step forward into basically having the pre sequel in BL2
ofc i still think there'll be a good while before anyone makes like wilhelm or claptrap as playable character mods but if it came to be i would really like to see joltz do a playthrough as them
I love the mod showcases but i would really love an ultimate playthrough with mods. Not just show off the items but also come up with builds
I would love to see a "finale finale" episode where you try out some funky build and try to find the whackiest hybrid on max level (with some cheat if need be or whatever, but I still think it would make a nice video)

Would you ever consider doing a proper, full playthrough of this mod? It seems like it could give some really interesting builds, not to mention a ton of new farming.
I def liked the weapons the most there interesting and some would be a great addition to base game.

Do you like E tech weapons in BL2 or are you of the opinion that they were a great idea just weak and ammo hungry?
I'm curious because I personally love them and whenever I play BL2 I collect them, especially gemstone ones from buttstalion and her bugged Diamond Spiker/dart that has no element.
I collect stuff in game like perfect weapon parts on uniques and store them in the vault yet E techs I always grab if they have the right parts because I love them.
They may be bad.
They may eat ammo.
But pew pew laser is fun.
I wish you would do more of an actual playthrough with your mod showcases. Character progression 30-op10

I know it's for convince sake, but I'd like to see you play as the character chosen for the playthrough, instead of it always being Salvador when farming at OP10. It sort of takes away the point of the series, in my opinion.
