I would like to see a video on your workouts through out the week. ie what you do on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday etc. I'm going to have to work out from home home now and that would be really helpful to my progression if you could share your workouts. Thanks guys.

Barstarzz, I love and respect your work immensely. As CenaCold75 said, motivating your subscribers is what this channel is about. You can demonstrate perfect technique, form etc but if there is no passion, energy and enthusiasm in the delivery of this video - what's the point.

Nice one, I think I've been rushing my Human Flag a bit, as I can not even do more than 5 handstand push-ups. Guess I need to build shoulder strength before even moving on to the tucked flag. All this time I've just been wildly kicking my legs up and thinking the hold time would increase but I guess now I know that's the wrong way to do it. Thank you Barstarzz!

Jay is one of my fav barstarzz members n i always learn a great deal from his tutorials. cant really think of a video suggestion except maybe 1armed pushups with ur legs together. thanks for the inspiration n motivation and keep up the journey to greatness....see u when i get there.
That was an amazing ultra super video. I cant tell you how happy i am now because i couldnt find any video which properly shows how to do a human flag.All they tell is " strengthen your core" well no shit sherlock but this video was amazing started from the easiest step and went to the hardest one.Human flag is one of the most extreme achievements in my fitness sport.I would also like to see how to do a muscle up(not one side then other,smooth proper fast muscle up) video like this one.Appreciate you so much guys.

Alternating which hand is on top is the best way to be balanced. 3. Up to you, but you could just focus on the flag afterwards. (like, would you still train normal pushups if you could do one-armed pushups?) 4. Train when your body had recovered (only you can know, but 2-3 per week is standard).

Not much personality is needed on a tutorial video. Clear and concise instructions on how to move through the progressions is all that is needed.

In my opinion a 4 minutes regular plank hold, 3/3 for side planks. The more the better, so as long as you got them basics flawless, you should be ok!

grip bar tighter to increase friction between ur hand and bar like a brake... maybe? not sure really tbjh... just getting into it.
