I'm looking all your sessions and trying to perform. but for some reasons, I have no ability for outdoor training. the only option for me is a home ones. so I found your two home workouts with a full programme: chest/push ups and abs. thank you, I'm performing these ones daily as is and with variations. could you release similar videos for a training for other muscule groups? I understand that can't be effective biceps/back without a bars, but probably you have ideas/experience , how to work on these without equipment, even with minimal effect? about the legs, I also using some pieces from your workouts , it's easier to "convert" this to home workout. however here is another problem - limited space at home. so hope you will continue with a "home training" series :) and thank you very much again, your sessions do motivate!

This is a terrific video! Even without the goal of performing a flag there are a lot of freehand exercises demonstrated here. You really deserve every bit of your success.

Finally felt up to just hitting the bars for a go at the flag practice itself. Was amazed that once I got into that fully extended position I could hold it for a bit!! My wife says it looks like I'm floating there.. kinda feels that way too!! Thanks for your video, it really gave me the push to conquer this move. Still need to get stronger to really hold though... More practice. 1st attempt is on video on my channel. Stoked!!! STRONGER at 50 than 30 is my new motto.

Wow, your strength is absolutely incredible. I've been doing general bodybuilding training for 2 and a half years, and after a week's practice I can barely hold the partial/diagonal lever. Loved the video, this is going to be my one stop guide for training progressions towards a full flag at some (distant!) point in the future. Also love your home training set up with the various frames/bars/rings.

You have one of the most impressive physique in the world !!! not just for the look but for the skills and the movement you can do. I think you found the perfect balance between weight and calisthenic, you should wright a book !! I would be the first person who buys it ....
I think the same way, he's got a fantastic balance and I think it's because of his extremely proper form in whatever je does. he is not worried about the flashy stuff other people do. he just focuses on the basic things and it leads to an amazing physique.
Thanks for the compliment Pierfrancesco! Training for me is a lifestyle that I never considered to quit. Passion = always keeps going. I like Allround training/overall athleticism, to be dynamic and have variation in what I do. And progressive overload no matter if its in the gym or in the park.
