I do something similar. Except, I add extra dark rum to the mix before I pour in the sweetened condensed milk. I also use chopsticks instead of a spoon handle. That puts even more liquid into the cake You two are the BEST
You can use a pair of Chopsticks to make smaller holes and that really does flood the cake with beautiful flavors. Had a good pinch of cinnamon to the liquid mixture before you pour it in. And honestly, a good shot of dark rum mixed with a milk mixture makes all the difference in the world. Feliz navidad
