Ammachi’s chilly fish
1 kg seer fish
For marinade
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp spicy chilly powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger, garlic paste
1tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp soya sauce
Marinate the fish with the marinade for 30 minutes
Cut the vegetables lengthwise
In a pan add oil , half fry the fish , transfer the fish to a plate and,
For sauce
1/4 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp tomato sauce
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp chopped green chilies
Mix everything really well
In the same pan used to fry fish , add oil , add chopped green chillies,then add , 1/2 tsp ginger, garlic paste then the prepared sauce , and then sliced onions and the capcicum, add salt and soya sauce if needed , then add the fried fish , mix really well , serve hot

Your presentationa nd recipes are great bt suggest you use seperate spoons for each ingredient and use functional utensils since most of your videos ingredients are spilled everywhere and thr is a lot of food wastage..
