I agree. I expected a lot of scenes after his suicide attempt. Like a few mins of Thomas talking about it and telling Mrs Baxter bout his childhood wud have been great. They really rushed him at the end. If there wasn't a movie coming,I would have been very vexed. Forget living with a lover,I wanted to see how he manages the house after his change and his interactions with the staff. The movie at least shows he might find a love interest.

I like Mosely but I don't understand why everyone wants to play him or why they think he is the best character (he's not much better than any other character from the show imo)
HI Tom. It fries me that for so many there is a need to be 'politically correct' ALL THE TIME. ActrESS is not a foul word even when applied to a woman. Actor, actress, who cares? They ACT and they are superb. Girl? Well, I guess said in the wrong tone of voice it COULD sound a bit condescending....but why not impute good motives? I'd rather be a girl than dead. 😙
Rosamund is the only worst genuine actress… her accent is the less soficated british accent, her way of speaking not aristocratic , too harsh. No class at all. Just saying.
Although she's never mentioned, I think the "Daisy" character was sublimely played.
