The Maserati 4200 is an absolute bargain of an exotic car. Ferrari performance for fiesta money. Running costa aside these are fantastic cars and if you can do the maintenance yourself, won't break the bank too. Reliability is good with the only issues being electrics due to water from the heater matrix or cabin filter cover. I have owned mine for nearly 5 years now and it makes me grin every time I'm in it.
I still think the insignia is a cracking car!!! Go for a 2018 Grand Tourer VX line SRi Nav 2.0 turbo diesel…170BHP, massive boot, loads of space inside.
Like, £5k next please, the volvo looks a mighty bargain. To many in this list for super expensive running costs and breakdown money. Got to be reliable hot car. Not everyone has the dosh
Always found the Scirocco a little weirdly proportioned, the lines of the window don't work for me, they just don't flow with anything else so the rear 3/4 view is wonky. That Punto though, that's a lovely design, plus of course the Giulia. Prettiest car for under £10k has got to be some gen/version of XK - I'm going XK8 coupé. Honourable mentions to the Fiat X1/9, Maserati Biturbo, Porsche 944 and Toyota MR2 (either W10 or W20, not the 3rd gen thing).
The S5 Sportback provides much more value for money when it comes to practicality, in addition to the fact that you also have the exclusivity factor in comparison to it’s coupe sibling as there are less of them on the road. In addition, you have to ‘count doors’ to tell them apart as they very similarly shaped and there really isn’t much in it.
I'd have said an S2000 was more a competitor of a BMW Z4 than an MX-5. Both cars of that early to mid 2000's era were significantly more powerful (and heavier) than the MX-5 of the period. Anyone buying one today will be hit with a hefty road tax bill and high fuel use relative to the performance- a modern MX-5 soft top is only a few 10ths slower to 60, a modern Z4 significantly quicker and both get better fuel economy (although obviously you aren't getting either for under £10k but most S2000s are more than that too)
Think everything you've said is absolutely correct !! Ngganu was touted to win Wallins should of won against fury . Everything is right said exactly the same myself on a good few occasions . Hergovic id been saying vastly overrated for a very long while .I think AJ wins but the fight with miller impressed me as he stuck with it on the flip side I don't think Millar punches that hard . 99 percent AJ wins 1 percent gets lucky
The alfa and Jag are the two which keep taking my eye would love to have the money to restromod a XJS or a Lotus Esprit. Out of interest the have you driven the new Hi spec Peugeot 508 would be intrigued to know if they are as good as they review
I have a modded 4200 ...and i have created a monster ..you need to know a good mechanic , but these will still pull your pants down . Budget for around 1k ish for yearly maintenance. Buy far not a poor mans ferrari as the normal cheapest alternative part is a ferrari part 😮..trust me i know ..had to get wheels made for it as no one does the proper size .thats if you want to fill out the arches. .or buy the wide track wheel kit on flea bay ..for standard wheels with awesome stance ..
@@nigelfisher3756 oh is that so? I can tell you’ve been behind the wheel of a c63 (w204-w205) that’s been behind a alfa in the twisties, I can tell you now a c class would touch it and more than keep up with it
10k s2k is gonna be completely clapped out
Unfortunately :(
fr tho those cars are so overpriced hype tax i guess

I’ve always wanted the c30 t5. I just think it’s awesome
Great videos lately on the more affordable price ranges.. subscribed
I have a Alfa Veloce…..fabulous car, feels special driving it…..0-60 in 4.56…..
Great list mate. Nice one
I've always wanted an Alfa Quadrifoglio, I think you've just convinced me.
Well done on these, fabulous cars but beware of issues as with any car especially the "cheaper" ones!
BMW 6 series 2010-2016 are worth a mention for me too, i think

Their quite unique 😊
MB E Class Coupe. Great looking car.
Can we get a cheapest Sunday performance car please 👍🏼
You Should definitely do best first cars under £2000 in one video
First cars for 2K your not getting anything even close to road worthy for 2k as a first car nothin decent anyways
The afla’s 0- 60 is actually 7.1 seconds and with a simple remap, it can be a lot quicker

Was wondering whether we’d ever get a title without the word insane. Bro is doubling down 😅
surprised I didn't see the Chrysler Crossfire in this list.
I love how Gulia is compared to 3 series and S-class.
C class!!
What about the Alfa brera??
I think I like the Alfa Romeo and the Honda S2000 has an American
9 Alfa competes with my s class … really
Did you just say that the alfa competes with Mercedes s class ??! Aahahahahahahahahahhahahah it’s not even a close comparable
It competes with the C class, not the S
@@dinan4459 he says S CLASS not c class
@@dannyjayke8695He corrected it straight away
I’d rather be behind the wheel of an Alfa Giulia over a C-class all day long. Merc wouldn’t get near it in the twisties.

And the Alfa Romeo ist Like Here in Germany with about 150 k Kilometers unser 14 k youn get nothing
All gasoline cars are losing price not only Alfa Romeo, they have no future.
Most of them Cars are never unser 10 k bruv , in Germany never. Honda s2000 never unser 10 k , a normal one with okey condition start at 15 k.
Cars With JB, I love this! Can we be friends?
